He came the next day to replace my water heater and did it quickly. His price was in line with what others had offered. In fact when he recalculated things he called my wife and said he'd made an error and would be sending us a $100 refund. I like and honest man.

Steve was responsive, professional and thorough. What else could you ask for? He and I coordinated my Water Heater install. I ordered the water heater at Home Depot over the phone. He picked up the new unit at the store and installed it. All waist, including the old water heater, was removed. The only way you can tell he was here is that the new water heater is sitting where the old one was. Did I mention he IS a Master Plumber. Check around. There aren’t that many plumbers carrying that designation. It takes education and hard work to achieve.

Steve makes every effort to please his customer and as a master plumber has received a great deal of training in order to accomplish that. He is very personable and tries to accomplish the task quickly. He installed a sump pump for us and assured us if there were any problems he would correct them as soon as possible.

When we had manufacturing defect problems he made sure everything was taken care of with both his efforts and time. We will definitely use him again for any future plumbing issues. He also makes sure the job site is cleaned up before he leaves.

If you have multiple bids USE ANYTIME PLUMBING SERVICES! Steve is great! On President's Day we had an emergency toilet repair and a valve that wouldn't shut off all the way. So I used Thumbtack and Steve called right away. He could tell we needed help. I told my wife that he was the nicest guy I have ever talked with on the phone. And then when he showed up, quickly I might add, he was as nice or nicer in person. Then he did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.

STEVE FROM ANYTIME PLUMBING IS AN AMAZING MASTER PLUMBER. MY WATER HEATER WENT OUT ABOUT 8 DAYS AGO AND WE DID NOT HAVE ANY MONEY FOR THIS HOME REPAIR. I WAS BLESSED AND WAS ABLE TO GET A BRAND NEW 50 GALLON WATER HEATER FROM SEARS ON A LEASE IT PROGRAM FOR $70. I WAS OVERWHELMED WITH JOY. THE NEXT OBSTACLE WAS TO FIND AN AFFORDABLE PLUMBER. I WOKE UP AT 3AM AND BEGAN TO GOOGLE WATER HEATER REPAIR AND I FILLED OUT AN ONLINE INQUIRY AND WITHIN MINUTES STEVE FROM ANYTIME PLUMBING SENT ME A TEXT MESSAGE A 3AM.
