They are true to their reputation. Experienced, skilled, knowledgeable use top of the line reliable equipment. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

We live in an older home in Webster Groves and our water heater is crammed into a smaller space along with all the HVAC. The water heater I wanted wouldnâ t fit so Steve, the owner, called and had a new one delivered within 45 minutes. He did an amazing job of moving copper pipes, vents, and squeezing a heater in. He worked twice the time we thought it would take into the night and never charged us a penny more. And heâ s a very personable guy who cares about a good quality job! Canâ t put a price on that (and his was the best of who I called). Only people I will call from here on out no question.

Steve and his crew are amazing abd everything you are looking for in a trusted service provider! Our water heater was going down, he spoke with me, asked for a few pics, showed up when he said he would and was on time, ready to go with his mask on for COVID safety! He had us taken care of in no time, took care of the Spire rebate and everything! I will not call anyone else but Anytime for my plumbing needs and you should too!

Anytime Plumbing was one of many plumbing businesses I called for a replacement water heater. Not only were they by far the most affordable, but Steve was also above and beyond the best when it came to customer service. You could tell that he was very knowledgeable as well as being personable and friendly. He explained our options, cost, and any issues that could potentially arise so that we weren't surprised the day of the install. Steve even went the extra mile to get all of the necessary paperwork completed ahead of time for the Spire rebate so that all we had to do was put it in the mailbox. Steve arrived on time the day of the installation and was respectful of our space. He was wearing a mask and asked politely if he could enter through the front door. He was working alone during this install and was able to take out the old water heater and bring in the new one without any disturbances while I was working. Steve is a master plumber and you certainly can tell going by his quality of work. I couldn't be happier with the finished install and rest assured we will have Anytime Plumbing on speed-dial for any plumbing related issues going forward.

Steve was able to install my water heater the very next day after I had contacted them installed it quickly professionally, also informed me of do you rebate through spire took care of everything and was just awesome and super easy to deal with I highly recommend him

Steve came over within a couple of hours of first talking to them. He had the parts needed and was able to complete the installation quickly and hauled off the old water heater. Customer service was fantastic and we settled on an additional pressure regulator replacement and expansion tank which he was able to do in short order as well. Steve and his assistant Wade were professional and displayed awesome customer service. Steve even helped ensure my rebate from Spire gets processed. Will definitely recommend their services and will be a repeat customer myself.

Steve was very nice and experienced at installing a hot water heater. He arrived on time and finished the job quickly. Would recommend Steve for a job well done. He also told me about the Spire rebate and filled out all the necessary paperwork to save me a chunk of money.

Once I heard that I knew I was in good hands, but then he presented me with a quote to replace my leaking gas hot water heater, which was very reasonable, compared to the few quotes I had just gotten, which seemed outrageous! I really feel like I hit the “jackpot” today because I had just entered my information in HomeAdvisor, and Steve responded immediately, reassuring me he could replace my heater today & it wouldn’t take long. He happen to be in the area & said he could be over in 2 hours after completing his current job. Steve arrived on time, walked in & got right to work. Steve definitely knew what he was doing & made this project seem so easy! Anytime Plumbing is also a Spire approved Contractor! It is rare to find a company that responds immediately, has exceptional customer service, and is so highly skilled and at a great rate. I actually purchased my water heater from Lowe's and paid for the install. A kid technician showed up and looked at the job and said no way I can do this it is too complicated due to the confined space. The technician left and Lowe's refunded my money. I turned to Home Advisor and Anytime Plumbing called immediately. Steve came right away and did an excellent job and I could not be happier plus he is so outgoing and cares his customer.

My old water heater decided it would stop working in the middle of the winter, but Steve was able to replace it within just a couple of hours of being called! He provided very friendly and professional service to a house that was out of his normal service area! I will definitely be calling on him again for my future plumbing needs.
