Steve is not only a Master Plumber, I'm giving him a new, higher title - Master Plumber Extraordinaire! He went further than above and beyond! He was great to work with and explained everything from start to finish. He got my water heater installed, discovered that the control switch was defective and instead of dumping the problem on the manufacturer and having one of their technicians come out to replace the control box, he went and got another brand new unit without one single complaint. He said this had never happened before and never stopped apologizing for the issue. Of course, I knew it wasn't his fault and even told him he could come back the next day instead of going out of his way to get a new one right then but he wouldn't have it. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He truly cares about his customers and that is so rare nowadays. He also worked out financing with me and even filled out all of the paperwork for the Spire rebate and walked me through that process. Steve is one of few people who have impressed me and now I have my plumber for life! I highly recommend Steve and will tell everyone I know about him. HomeAdvisor came through again!

I rarely give anyone a 5 star rating but I have to say that Steve bendt over backwards to accommodate the date and time to replace our hot water heater. Steve even corrected a couple of other things at no extra charge.
