I contacted Anytime Plumbing Services because our water heater quit working and was leaking water. I spoke with Steve at 9:30 AM and they were at my house by 1:00 PM, and completed with the job by 3:30 PM. Steve gave my pricing over the phone, which was exactly what I paid. Steve and Drew were awesome to work with. The quality of the work was perfect. Their pricing was very competitive. Steve and Drew did a phenomenal job. The quote was given immediately over the phone. Service was spectacular. Gave me a window of arrival between 1130 and 12 and showed up early. (They had to wait 2 hours for me to arrive) They will have a customer for life now if I need anything else in the future. Also gave me a referral for another project I need done in my home. Thanks for everything and answering all my questions. As a new homeowner, I don't have a ton of knowledge in many areas of home maintenance. Price was firm and no upcharges or bait and switch. Amazing company. I 200% recommend them for any plumbing work you need done.

Steve was very helpful and answered everything. Drew had a beard (actually Drew was very efficient and great, but Steve told me to give it to him). I really liked that I dealt with the people I was bringing in to replace my water heater. The project was done quickly and everything looks great. The price came in at a very reasonable cost, and they did not try to upsell me at any time, even when there was potential to do so. I am a hard sell and probably over research my purchases, but Steve answered every question. I will definitely be using them for any of my plumbing needs.

The owner Steve showed quickly to repair multiple leaks, correct drain line on sink, fix the toilet and install a new hot water heater. Steve is awesome. For some background, he was the first person to respond to my request for a water heater replacement. I never go with the first choice. It s just who I am. I prefer to do a lot of research before I make a decision. Steve gave me a no-hassle, no-pressure quote for a new water heater with installation. I decided to shop around. I proactively called four other places. They were all about DOUBLE the price that Steve quoted me. And none of them mentioned the Spire rebate to me like Steve did. So then my radar went up. I find in life that you usually get lower quality for lower prices. Was this too good to be true? So I went back and looked at Steve s ratings. EVERYONE rated him a 5 out of 5 stars. Then I literally read everyone s message. You can game the rating system these days but I just had a hunch that this guy was for real. So I gave him a shot. Long story short, he was punctual, professional, educational, pleasant, and most importantly delivered high quality service and a new high quality water heater for WAY less than the competition. You should hire Steve for your next plumbing project. Period. And you too will rate him a 5.

Steven did a great job. He responded immediately to our request on Angie s list and was here with the water heater installed in under 24 hours. I left work to meet him at the house, he arrived early and had everything waiting at the back door when I get home. Was done in under two hours and was very affordable. I would definitely use him again.

I could tell from the moment Steve arrived (right on time), that he was a very personable guy and knew how to talk to people. He was already prepared with everything he needed for my hot water installation, sitting ready by my backyard gate. Steve (a master plumber) worked very meticulously as if he had installed a million of these hot water heaters and expansion tanks which he probably has over his long career. As I said, Steve has a great personality and we talked for the entire time he worked installing (or I guess I bugged him the entire time...lol), but he worked non-stop until the job was done. He also made sure that new heater and tank were placed exactly where I wanted them before he made the final welds. When he left my house I had a new 50 gal.
