ACCURATE SEWER & DRAIN

Vince was recommended to me by my realtor after a different drain cleaning company came out to clear my kitchen line. 2.5 weeks later I called the same company because the line backed up again. They came out and “cleared” again and then told me there was mud on the end of the cable, meaning broken pipe, and would need to have the pipe dug up and replaced. Vince came out and walked step by step of our issue and what the other company had told us/services they performed. Vince cleared our line from the 3 outside access points, working inward. It took him 3 hours to get through all of the soap and grease build up (1930’s house), but he was able to clear it and confirmed we did NOT have a broken pipe. After he cleaned the line he used a shop vac on the main line to ensure it was completely clear and wouldn’t back up again. He even provided a 1 year warranty on the work. 10/10 would recommend. I will continue to call him with any plumbing needs I may need.

He was professional and did a good job, but did not provide a video I then asked for it and he was not sure when he could come back out to redo. Had to hire yet another company to get the video I needed.

After another company said that we needed to have the basement toilet torn out and possibly the basement dug up (estimated cost $5000 plus), we called Accurate on the recommendation of a City of Crestwood employee. Vince Wooten came out in less than an hour, cleared the clog and told us our pipes were in good condition. He suggested that we do this annually to keep the pipes clear. Last time we had the pipes cleared last year, the cost was five times as much. We will definitely continue to use this service. He was polite, professional, friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

It took him maybe 15 minutes to do it. He was absolutely as professional as he has ever been. He charges $100 for an hour. I feel like I get my money's worth. I would recommend him to anybody who needs a sewer person. Ben has been incredibly kind. When I call him, he will come as soon as he can, usually by the next day or within that day if possible.

The sewer line for my 108 year old house in the city of St. Louis had tons of roots in it. There was only a 4 inch riser at the end of a hundred foot run. He replaced the riser and spent 5 hours out in the freezing cold until he was able to get the roots out. You've never seen anyone so excited as when he ran the camera thru. I watched the video feed. If a sewer line could be said to be sparkling clean, it's this one. The bushes and trees in the back yard may not be happy, but I am!

Mr. Wooten called me back the next morning after leaving him a message the afternoon before. He was able to come out within 30 MINUTES! before starting his busy day. The realtor was not able to come unlock the property on such short notice, but Mr. Wooten was able to gain access through the roof vent and complete the inspection. He was able to locate the clean-out drain and snake the camera through to the main line. We received a video of the inspection at the time. Excellent service.

I called Mr. Wooten upon recommendation from the city of Webster Groves and another WG resident. Although his last appointment was at 4:00 pm, he fit us in because we had company coming the next day. He arrived early and scoped out the location of the manholes to locate the direction and distance of the sewer. He then brought in his own tarps to put his machines on and contain the mess. He ran the machine with a 4 head 100' and decided that it would be best to run a camera, charging us only the cost of his labor (instead of the $150 I have been quoted from others). This decision was based on a conversation we had been having about the size of our outside line and if the previous home owner had actually had the sewer lateral replaced since we could not find the outside clean-out. The camera indicated that there was still standing water and Vince went outside to try and locate the clean-out that we presumed was buried. He could not find it after searching a good portion of our yard and across the street. He then re-cabled the line to remove the block and once again sent camera into the line. This time he located the clean-out definitively. It turned out he had missed it by 12 inches (it was closer to the house than expected). He cleaned up his mess and the tarp and re-cabled the line with a 6" head from the outside. He did not clean up the original mess, but he did not add to it either. Because of his hourly rate I decided I could clean it up cheaper. All this took 3.5 hours. He charges $90 for the first hour and $22.50 per 1/4 hour after that. I thought that sounded expensive until I saw how hard he works, how FAST he works, how informative he was and how customer satisfaction driven he is. If we had even attempted to do what he did it would have taken us days!! We have paid more to have another "name brand" company come out and they only cleared the line. These experiences have always left me less than satisfied with a paltry 90 day warranty. Mr. Wooten's work come with 6 MONTH warranty. I was floored! Mr. Wooten cabled our line 3 times, sent camera through it twice, AND found our clean-out all in less time and for less money. Vince went the extra yard and we will always use his service as long as it is available. Which, we have been assured will only take about 40 minutes and he will dally so that we feel that we got our whole $90 dollars worth.
