About us

Hello! My name is Matt Barr, owner of Barr Electric LLC. I've been in the electrical trade for close to 14 years. After graduating a 5 year apprenticeship, I was given a work truck where I carried out mainly residential and commercial service work, but also built motor control panels. Because of the many types of electrical work I was tasked with, I now have the knowledge to take on a variety of jobs. In October of 2018, my family and I felt the call to move from Louisiana to Missouri, where I then started my business in January of 2019. I take great pride in my quality of work and am committed to outstanding results and integrity. Since I am the sole owner/employee, you will receive personal service for each individual project I take on. I look forward to building strong, long-term relationship with you and guarantee your satisfaction.

Matt did an outstanding job installing a 4 wire 220vac receptacle for our new kitchen range. He even went to the trouble to pick up, at my request a 4 wire cord to install on my old range. Now we can use the old range until the new one is delivered. He does great work will be using him again in the near future.

They contacted me almost instantly after I submitted what I needed done and were at my house the next day and told me their rate up front which was very helpful. Very prompt and did an amazing job!
