Every step of my experience with Midwest Lifetime Roof System, Inc. has been beyond reproach. A plus service. From the minute I first called Cary Babinec for an estimate on the phone, I had top rate service. Cary facilited a fast, responsive, accurate, informative and professional estimate. He was a delight to work with and even offered to tour homes that had a Gerard roof to help select color. That was imporant since this is a lifetime roof. Midwest Lifetime Roof Systems, Inc. is one of those rare companies that inspires customer satisfaction based on excellent communication and reliable, professional, and beautiful workmanship. The office personnel (Beverly), foreman (Carols), job foreman (Jorge) and work crew were all just great. I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience, and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new Gerard roof. Thank you! It just so happens my neighbor had his roof replaced the very same week I did (his third one in 20 years). Needless to say, my neighbors are jealous and wish they would have known about this company before they had signed with another contractor. I highly recommend this company for superior service and workmanship. Why would anyone want another roof when they could have a Gerard Roof System? It's just the best. I enjoy leaving and coming home each day just to look at it.

I researched a lot of roofing companies and spoke to a few who claimed to specialize in metal roofs. I was impressed with Cary Babinec from the moment I spoke with him on the phone the first time. He went above and beyond at every step, driving us around on a and quot;color tourand quot; to see some of their company's past installations to inform our color choice, etc. The installation crew was top notch. I really can't say enough good things about this company. I feel like they were cheaper than the competition and also far more professional. We now have an indestructible roof that provides us with a nice discount on our insurance and a lot of peace of mind during violent storms.

I cannot say enough about them. They do what they say, they are the hardest workers I have ever seen and they are amazing. They said they were going to drop off materials here at 8 am this morning and they were here at 8 am, the crew came at 8:30 am. Yesterday they were here at 7:30 am took one hour for lunch and were here all day. I cannot say enough good stuff about them. I think they will be done today as fast as they are working but the maximum amount of time would be Friday. I cannot say how impressed I am with this whole company. If I can could give them a better rating then A I would. I haven't seen the finished product but the quality of what they have done so far looks great. They do exactly what they say and they are the hardest working people I have ever seen. As far as price there is not many things I have seen to compare because there are only about 3 metal roofing companies in the area. I think their price is about average but it is more expensive compared to the traditional roof but I would much rather not have to mess with a roof again. Their guarantee seems pretty good. you don't have to go through your insurance company if there is any damage, which there shouldn't be with this kind of roof, then they come out and replace the part that is damaged. I think I am getting good value. I wont have to use them in the future. I wish they did more things because I would definitely use them. If I ever get another house I would definitely use them.
