They had to put a new staff on t the side of the house. Our power lines got ripped off the side of the house when a tree fell. It went excellent. He came out here on a holiday and fixed it before the electricians could put up a new telephone pole. He was awesome.

I called two electrical companies on Angie's List to fix two ARC Fault Breakers that had stopped working after a bad thunderstorm. One company quoted a price that was $50 more than the other. However, the "other" company said that they would have to charge me a higher (union) rate if their electrician showed up after 3:30p. Once 3:30p rolled around I called and canceled. Located Mayes Electric through the organization I work for -- they have been electrical contractors with the organization for over 15 years. The Mayes Electric company was highly recommended for their service and price and I now know why. The electrician, Lou Mayes was responsive and on time. But what was most impressive was the integrity that Mr. Mayes exhibited. I did not know how to properly trip the ARC Fault breakers therefore the breakers did not need replacing. And, not only did Mr. Mayes show me how to properly operate the circuit breaker -- he gave me advice on how to avoid future problems with the these type circuit breakers. And, to top it all -- he refused to charge me. It is refreshing to know that there are honest people out there -- and that customer service means more than making an extra dollar.
