Wish I could give negative stars. What a horrible company. Weed prevention was worse than when we had no treatment at all so we did not sign up for the following year. They came anyway and billed for the treatment. Had no idea that a prepaid seasonal plan would convert to weekly pay as you go. Did not want to pay for the 2 treatments that I did not sign up for and knew would not be affective based on previous years experience. Lawn managers sent to collections. Stay away from Lawn Managers.

I used Lawn Managers for years for both my home and business. I was on an annual pre-payment plan and felt like I was a pretty long-standing, good paying customer. One confusing email from Office Manager led to now getting bill collectors calling me daily for a measly $60. I'm not paying and I have moved to a much more customer-oriented company. Horrible treatment of a long-standing customer. How hard was it to offer even a discount on a service I didn't want or agree to pay for?

They just come do their thing and then leave something on the door.

All of the employees from the owner, who runs estimates himself, to the technicians and the ladies in the office are so friendly and caring. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in exceptional lawn care service!

I have been a customer of Lawn Managers for several years and was happy with the service. This past year I strongly suspect that I was charged for lawn treatments that were not performed. I was told that a new employee was now servicing my account. The grass deteriorated quickly this summer in spite of record rain and mild temperatures. I suggest that you not hire this company unless you are home to make sure that they actually perform the treatment and not just place a bill on your door. I feel that I have spent hundreds of dollars for nothing, and my yard will that a long time to recover.

We didn't see results very quickly. So, we would have given them a 'B' at that time. But now that we've had them for at least three years, we're seeing good results. I now give them an 'A.'

The problem we repeatedly had is the technician did not appear to concentrate on treating the lawn in a uniform manner so the overall appearance of the lawn was such that you could actually see where he did not treat. The last service they provided was an extra service; I really can't remember what it was for at this time and I have discarded all records dealing with them since I am so done dealing with this company. Anyway, my husband was home for the day and he watched the technician put down the additional treatment. Most of it ended up in the neighbor's yard and when my husband tried to tell the technician about it, he was very rude and disrespectful. He said he only had so much of the chemical on the truck and could not retreat our yard so my husband made a call to the office to let them know what had happened. Nothing was ever resolved with this issue, which helped us make the decision to terminate this service. The date of service or last contact is approximate since I no longer have any of their paperwork, but I do know for certain payment was made to them in December 2012 for the entire 2013 year.

Lawn Managers managed by lawn's fertilizer, aeration, and weed prevention last year. They did a great job and my lawn has never looked better!

They have been reliable, and they do good work. When I call them, there is always someone who answers the phone, and answers your questions, and if you leave a message, they always call back.

Arrives fairly close to the same time each week. If there was a dry period and the grass hasn't grown, very courteous and understanding when service is not needed. Always cleans up yard.

This is our first year using Lawn Managers, and we are very pleased with their services so far. They are very professional, reasonably priced, and the lawn looks great!

They do a good job. They come for six and seven treatments throughout the year and charge $41 for each service.

They come all yr and provide excellent service and recommendations

My husband and I were not very pleased. They did everything so quickly that we had to lay down more seed in the fall to get the grass to come back. They seemed to do everything in a haphazard way. The straw cover they laid in the fall looked like someone just threw it around and didn't offer any legitimate cover. We won't be asking them back.

While I found them really good to work with, at the end of the day my lawn just simply didn't look as good as it had with Scotts. As I am getting read to sell--appearance was the most important thing to me.

Very well. They stay on schedule. Very prompt to respond when necessary. Signed up for the entire year with a signifiacant discount and also have them fertilize trees. Very pleased at this time.

Not good. We have used this company's lawn care services for a total of three years now, and for the last year have not been happy with their performance. The first year was great and the second year was not bad either. We actually have had the nicest looking lawn in our subdivision for the last two years. This year something is very different. We have had to call them out to retreat this entire year so far and the lawn looks like garbage. The company is not providing comments when they notice lawn issues and are not treating the lawn appropriately. Apparently the company has had some sort of separation where they divided sometime last year and service is suffering as a result. Was promised by the manager last week that a heavy soaking of treatment for the problem would occur. Yesterday when the technician came to treat the lawn, he did a hit and miss type treatment and at one point was spraying the neighbor's yard instead of heavily treating ours as we were told would happen. When my husband pointed out that he was missing areas, the technician said something like "d***, you are having an issue with me spraying the neighbor's yard?" He made this comment after telling my husband that he has a certain amount of chemical to use on our lawn per square foot like any other yard and that is it. He was not given any special instructions. It's no wonder the neighbor's yard looks better than ours. They are treating their yard more than ours and we are paying for it. The technician would not respray the areas he missed. My husband called the manager, and of course, received nothing but backlash from the manager and all sorts of excuses for why things don't look as good this year. Any time you call them with issues, they find a way to place the blame back on the customer. Yesterday's treatment was an additional cost over the $400+ we spend annually for treatment, which is not cheap in our opinion, and other companies would be happy to have our business. Are there any businesses out there any more that value repeat customers?

Came and provided a quote right away. Provided written quote. Nice that you can pay ahead for the year or pay by treatment. Knowledgeable about products and services provided. Office answered phone right away and was able to give me an estimate of when work was to be done. The technician called the day before he was to come out to let me know he'd be here and then he also called day of when he arrived so I could bring the dogs inside. Lawn is looking greener, fewer weeds. Have received one treatment so far.

See above. Also, they will seed our lawn in the fall, and so far we are pleased with their work.

The technician arrived and applied the scheduled treatment for our yard (broadleaf weed control). The work was done and he placed a sign in the yard to let us know that chemicals had been applied to the yard and left a receipt on the front door.

Our front lawn was in terrible shape after the drought, many bare patches and weeds. For the most part, the slice seeding worked. There are still some bare patches that we will have to address in the spring, but the lawn looks much better. Definitely worth the price.

We have been with Lawn Management for a long time now. They do their job and they do not bother me since I have not been feeling well. they are very professional. They make sure to let me know what they have done by leaving a yard stake, if I am not home.

I prepay for the whole year. They make about 5-6 trips during the growing season. They fertilize and kill the weeds, they put down mole repellent. They are very nice, professional and do a good job. The price indicated is for the entire year.

Above average. I am still using them. They have been very nice and professional. John comes out and does the work, very nice guy.

My yard looks fantastic. Neighbors I don't even know will come to my door and ask who takes care of my lawn. I can't say enough good things about their quality work. They are professional and do a wonderful service.
