High & Dry Foundation Repair

They were very thorough and explained to us the odd shape of our foundation. They assured us there was nothing to worry about in terms of the foundation. They were very knowledgeable.

High & Dry did an amazing job! They were quicker than many other companies to set up our appointment for an estimate and then were able to come the next day to complete the job. They did a very professional job and completely cleaned up after themselves. We've received comments that this was one of the cleanest looking crack repairs people have seen. Everyone I talked to at the company was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the proper way to address the cracks in the basement. I also appreciated they it didn't seem like they were trying to upsell us or perform unnecessary work. They were very up-front that only two cracks had to be injected now and we could wait on the 3rd if we wanted. We opted to have all three done at the same time since there is a discount for multiple cracks being injected at one time.

Todd from High and Dry Foundation Repair came promptly at the designated time. We had someone come to repair this six months ago but the basement contained to leak. Todd ground out the substance that was initially there before filling the cracks. He took two hours to do this and did a super job of explaining in layman terms exactly what he was doing. He thoroughly explained the warranty and said to call him if there were any additional water concerns. We are hopeful that this has solved the problem. Again, a huge thank you to Todd for the outstanding job that he did. I can see why there are so many positive reviews for this company on Angie's List!

Tom was awesome! He was extremely patient with me and my husband throughout this process. We had a finished basement that had water from time to time. Tom worked with us to try to determine the source of the water and recommended things that we could do on our before he performed services. When that did not work he gave us options from least evasive to most. It was up to us to make the decision. I would definitely recommend High and Dry. Great service, trusting, and hard working. The crew came in (Tom's son was one of them) and they worked hard to get the job done. They explained everything they were doing and left my basement the way they found it.

Injected two cracks in basement wall. One crack had to use staples. We had a different company fix another crack a few years back. That work took two repairs to stop the leak. High and Dry's work was much neater and worked the first try. They explained upfront the limitation regarding the corner crack repair. No further leaks since repair. Would definitely use this company again.

High & Dry's quote was better than other contractors because they recognized what needed to be done to fix the minor basement leak, and didn't try selling us a bigger scope of work than was necessary. Since their quote was in line with what I thought was an appropriate fix for our leak, we went with them. Easy to get scheduled and they arrived on time. They were able to complete the work within a single day too. They were careful to cover carpet and not leave a mess. When I called with a question, they were able to answer it promptly.

I don't remember when I first called High and Dry but am certain I waited no more than a week for the appointment. The service man was on time for our appointment, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me useful advice about keeping water out of the basement aside from foundation repair. He was in our home about two hours filling three long cracks that had failed and adding new staples. He cleaned up and left no mess. After he left we had several days of very heavy rain but not a drop of water in our basement.

The company was fast and prompt. Showed up right on time. The work I needed to have done was fairly straightforward for them, so it was a pretty easy job for them. Nevertheless, they walked me through exactly what they were going to do, and upon completion reviewed the work with me. While I hope I never have to hire them again (who wants a cracked basement?) I would recommend them to my family and friends. And yes, I'd hire them again if I had to!

Todd came by at the appointment time and provided the estimate on a small basement wall crack and on a rough patch of basement wall that would sometimes get damp/water seepage. We scheduled the work and it was performed per the estimate. The High and Dry team were professional and courteous. This is the second time we have employed them for basement crack repairs and we have been pleased both times with their work. All the repair work that they have provided has remained dry.

nth I called this company because I am selling my house and I needed the basement foundation repaired. They were wonderful from the first contact on the phone to the repairman that did the work at the house. He was on time and did a great job. The company sent me the lien waver and the limited warranty papers. I appreciated the Angie's List discount.

Was a good experience. No complaints at all. Owner came out to the house promptly for an estimate and it was fixed promptly when we accepted contract.

They did a great job. They gave me ear plugs because of the expected noise, but I didn't need them. They worked on three separate days (one for the cracks, one for a drain system for half of the basement, and a third to finish off the basement when it was clear that the second section was still leaking water), It took less than a half day each visit. The basement was clean when they left. I've had compliments since then on how dry the basement is.
