Since 2006, High & Dry has serviced thousands of St. Louis homes. We have solutions for all your basement waterproofing and foundation needs including crack injections, wall stabilizations, as well as, sump pump and drain system installation. Virtually all of our work is performed from the inside of the home, eliminating the need to dig outside disrupting the lawn, flower beds, etc… Our reputation for quality products, unparalleled customer service, and our Life-of-the Structure Warranty have made us a Leader in the concrete repair industry. High & Dry offers Free Estimates for waterproofing and foundation repair. We specialize in cost effective crack injection, wall stabilization, and interior drain systems. We inject the cracks from the inside of the home, filling the void the crack created, top to bottom, inside and out, preventing water from entering in the foundation. We can also structurally repair cracks and bowing walls using our carbon fiber products. If you have hydrostatic pressure, we can install an interior drain system using our structurally engineered Poly-Stone that replaces the traditional gravel systems and increase the flow of the water into the drain system and eliminates any biological hazards that can be associated with gravel system. We offer a “closed” drain system minimizing the risk on Radon gases. We’ll take a look at your situation and recommend the best plan to correct your problem for good.

They were prompt and efficient. They removed the foam insulation and showed me the damage that the leak had done, and explained the process.

I could not be more impressed with the quality of work and professionalism provided by High and Dry. They inspected the crack during negotiations to buy our home and let us know the crack was not significant and shouldn't keep us from buying the home. Upon purchasing the home they came out and had the crack repaired in less than a few hours of work. Despite having to grind some wall away they left absolutely no mess at all. The worker was extremely professional, kind and thorough. I would not hesitate to hire them again should we have any other foundation issues.

We had just moved in and found water collecting in our basement. Luckily, we isolated it to a crack in the poured concrete. We got 3 quotes, all of which were in the same ballpark, but high and dry was the quickest and most professional. The crack did extend behind a doorframe and so I requested they do the necessary demo work to plug the whole crack, which they did with the absolute minimal amount of damage to the finished portions of the basement. The work was quick and cleanup spotless. Best of all, when half of St. Louis was under water a week later, our basement was high and dry. Thanks.

Perfectly! High & Dry team scheduled a repair appointment, called a day before the original schedule date to reschedule because a new wave of rain would likely cause more seepage (which it did). Tech arrived on-time, explained what he would do, did it, showed me what was done. Subsequent rains have proven that this company lives up to its name: high and dry. Well done.
Description of Work: Exceptionally heavy rain caused a couple cracks and the point where the water line enters the house to seep water (first time in 20 years).

It was a very difficult job and it took them three days to complete it but the work was excellent and the crew very professional. The owner Tom Ely came out several times to make sure everything was going smoothly and was always available to us and the price was very reasonable period we would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

1. Working with the office was exceptionally good. Called on a Friday and booked a Tuesday ( Monday was a holiday) appointment. Was given a choice of the visit resulting in just a bid price or based on the likely cost of $350 ( post Angieslist $50 certificate) having the work done at that time. Based on information found in customer reviews for this type of repair from several providers, I chose the latter. On Tuesday, the technician arrived on time and was efficient. I paid the technician by check. That day, by email, I received a paid invoice, lien waiver and warranty. 2. However, while the technician ( Tod, I think) was punctual and efficient, I found him difficult to work with. (a) Upon his arrival, I asked if had brought the promised proof of liability insurance. He said he did, that it was in the truck and would bring it in. That never happened. (b) More disturbing was his great reluctance to protect the area in which he was working, specifically, the carpet in this finished area of the basement. Before he started, I asked him to put something down ( in this roughly 6x6 vestibule) and he said he had some plastic to do that. He brought in his wall brush/vacuum and proceeded. When that was done I reminded him of the need to cover the carpet. When he brought in the expoxy to mix and apply, he had two plastic kitchen can size trash bags, each about 1"x2". One he placed at the foot of the crack and the other under the epoxy bucket ( leaving the carpet exposed between the two) and began mixing the epoxy on a piece of cardboard with a trowel. By then his hands were full and there was no place to set the items down so that he could stop and cover the floor. About that time, he said something like " there is 0% chance that I will get something on this rug". At that point, I brought a sheet to the area for him to use, but he proceeded to epoxy the wall. With that finished, I said that we were now going to fully cover the carpet and if it did not happen the work would be stopped ( prior to injection the second epoxy mix into the wall). Finally, he spread the provided sheet, saying something like, " is that good enough for you". He then finished the job. In the end there was a spot on the carpet, that I think I have been able to clean.
Description of Work: Sealed a crack in the basement wall with epoxy. Will not know the actual quality of the work until we experience a period of heavy rains

I felt like the company did an excellent job. Someone came out and gave me a quote beforehand and they were very professional, making sure that I completely understood what would be happening and the warranty involved. I scheduled an appointment and the day that the workman came out on time (early in fact) and began his work. It happened to be raining, so instead of completing work that could potentially void warranty, he rescheduled one of the cracks for a different day. I appreciated the thoroughness to make sure that the work was done well and that it would last. The second workman came out a few days later and finished the work. They give a lifetime warranty for all cracks that they fill and that gave me an incredible piece of mind that this was money well spent. I was very happy with their services and would definitely recommend them to someone else.

I contacted three firms. One gave me a quote without inspection. Another gave me a verbal quote at my home but never a written quote. High & Dry was the only firm that inspected our home, described their recommended solution, provided a written quote - all in a very timely manner.

They sealed two large cracks in foundation wall where water was coming in. They arrived on time, explained exactly what they were going to do before starting, and cleaned up the area when they were done. It's been about 1-1/2 years now and we have had some heavy rains during that time. I'm happy to say I have had no more water coming in. Very pleased with their work.

The workers were on time and very professional. They looked everything over and then started to work. They put down plastic on the stairs to keep the dust & dirt from being tracked all over the house. They provided me with ear plugs because of the jack hammer sound and they were fast completing this work. It only took them about 2.5 hours to do everything. I asked questions and they responded with professional answers. We were wondering if they went deep enough in the sump pump hole, and we got the answer the next day when the pump started pumping out the water under our foundation and it had not rained yet. We had hydro-static water pressure and it is now resolved. We are very happy.
Description of Work: Sealed a water leak coming in from my water service pipe and installed sump pump.
