I wanted to replace my patio umbrella with something that would provide shade to a larger area. Response from Innovative Shade Solutions was very fast. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. I chose a 17-foot awning. Very happy with the installation and product. I highly recommend this company.

Recently, we had to have a 150 year old Oak Tree removed. The tree had an enormous canopy which provided shade for our patio and also kept the sun from shining directly into our family room. Once it was down, we realized we needed to look for a solution that would give the shade we needed. After researching several solutions, we called Innovative Shade Solutions to talk about an awning. Daveâ ¦owner of the companyâ ¦came out and detailed several approached to mitigating the issue. We decided on an awning that was approximately 13.5 ft. wide by 11 ft. deep. It had a motor to extend and retract the awning and also has a feature that will retract the awning ini strong wind gusts. The awning is beautiful and effective. Dave and his son did the installation personally. We couldnâ  t be more pleased as the project was delivered on time and is beautiful. Underpromised and overdelivered! I was in the market to find someone to remove old awning, haul away and install a new awning that I had purchased. I went online with Home Advisors and posted my project and no sooner than five (5) minutes I received a contact with Rachel with Innovative Shade Solutions. Very nice and pleasant person to deal with. Dave and his son showed up right on time as scheduled. Very professional and done excellent work. Removed the old awning, installed the new one, cleaned up and hauled the old awning away. I would recommend this family run business to anyone wanting awning work done.

Rachel and Dave run a first class professional company. I researched awnings and installers serving the Lake area before I sat down with Dave to discuss the site specifics and Innovativeâ s offerings. Dave took the time to lay out options, the proâ s and cons of the different companies they represent, and then he gave me helpful advice as to awning length and width to both meet my goals and save some money. I always felt I was getting experienced counsel that was in my best interest. The time until installation was faster than I expected, and the installation went smoothly. I had explained my concerns about the need for a rock solid installation because of periodic high winds, and Dave revised his normal install plans to increase the strength of the awningâ s mounting to the roof trusses. In summary, Innovation provided us with a wide selection of options, good advice, competitive pricing, and professional installation!

They came out on time, did the assessment on the spot and then began installing the awning in a professional and workmanlike manner. No complaints!
