Description of Work: They last serviced the furnace. They installed one of the furnaces is this building 8 years ago and from time to time I have them come to service them.

+ -1 moreI was very encouraged by them not trying to "sell" me on a complete new furnace and coil right then. I opted for a temporary fix, and it lasted the rest of the season. Haven't tried it lately--with temps at and below 0 at times, it didn't make sense. I knew the furnace would have to be replaced at some point, given the age, but was glad I could choose when to do it.
Description of Work: My AC was cooling. They found the problem and gave me a choice of what to do immediately.

+ -1 moreWe have had very good experiences with Terry and his brother, a 2-man business. We have called them when our renter's complained and they responded within 24 hours.
Description of Work: Terry Watson has helped us with 2 homes, most recently in Jan 2010. He moved some ductwork, tested the furnace and air conditioner. (In 1998 he completely redid the heating and A/C system-new ductwork and units in 2 zones-- in a 1897 3 story, 3800 sq. ft. Victorian in the city.) Also has done some repair work for us.
