Danny Rolens, Teson Farms' Irrigation specialist, responded promptly to my phone inquiries about an irrigation system for my property. He came to my home and walked around it, even though it was raining at the time. He returned to measure and draw up a plan when the weather cleared. He then made an appointment with me and came over again to discuss the details of the plan. The plan itself was very detailed and addressed my need to take care of some new landscaping. He broke down the cost of the project to reflect irrigating the landscape only, turf only, and a combination of both. I went with the irrigation of the whole yard due to the excellent pricing. Danny's thorough explanations and his attention to detail sold me on using this company. Although there was no discount for Angie's List customers, Danny was able to secure a $100 new customer discount for me through his company. The installation was completed carefully and competently during a time when the heat index was over 100 degrees every day. Danny was at the jobsite on a daily basis. Following the installation, the controller for the system was explained to me in detail and all my questions were answered. There are eight different areas of the yard which are controlled in up to three different programs, all of which are programmable by the home owner. This sytem, a Hunter brand, also has a rain sensor (included in the cost) which keeps the system from running and wasting water when it rains. Danny and his crew even applied grass seed to the areas of the yard which had been cut when the irrigation tubes were pulled through. The workers were very polite and they were very neat, leaving my property clean on each of the three days involved in the installation. They were also very careful not to damage any of the landscape plants. Although they did not install my landscaping, Teson Farms' landscaping experience is an extra bonus when it comes to being careful with irrigation installations around new plantings. I have called Danny since the installation to inquire about recommendations for watering times as the new grass seed has emerged, and he has been responsive and informative.

I was happy with the work & with the price. Although they ran out with cap stones & have not yet came out to complete the work. Overall they were good to work with.

He explained everything fully, up front, during installation, and once the system was installed. He and his team did the job, and did it very professionally. Used excellent product, and feel confident that if there is a question or problem in the future, I will be taken care of. Personal service like it should be.
