+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS TO WORK WITH, BUT THERE WERE THINGS THAT WE NEEDED; WE NEEDED TO RETOUCH PAINTING WHICH THEY IMPLIED THAT THEY NEVER DID. THEN THERE WAS THE WHOLE CONFUSION WITH THEM LOSING THE CARPET.
Description of Work: THEY WERE JUST INSTALLING THE CARPET. WE HAD ACTUALLY REMOVED THE PREVIOUS CARPET AND PADDING, SO THE TACK PLACE DID THAT, THEY JUST HAD TO INSTALL IT. THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO MOVE FURNITURE, THEY JUST INSTALLED THE CARPET.
