Some delay, fit & finish not up to standard of previously replaced windows by another party. Price paid much too high. Would not agree to negotiate a price adjustment.

Dave Elliott came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate.He spent 3 hours with us to help us figure out which was the best product for us. I had previously talked to several salesman and he was clearly the most knowledgeable and had the most comprenhesive variety of products. His company deals with every major supplier so he was able to help us find what best suited our needs. He kept in touch after we placed our order for custom windows and doors as we needed to make some changes. The installed came out ahead of time to check the measurements and plan the installation. They did timely and quality work. Dave came back out after the installation to check the work and make sure it was done to our satisfaction. We were very pleased withe the final results. We feel it enhances the beauty and value of our home.

Energyview installed seven windows in our home. During the initial consultation Dave was very honest, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. About four weeks later our windows were ready to be installed, one was custom and took a little longer to make. The crew arrived on time, worked straight through the day, they never took a lunch break! They cleaned up as they worked, at the end of the day we had gorgeous new windows and you could not even tell we were under construction all day.

The owner, Dave, arrived promptly and provided expert assessment, details, and advice on windows. I felt like a highly valued customer and look forward to doing future business with him and his company.

Job # 3 would hire again! Always fast, friendly and clean up after themselves.

Job #1- a friend told me about everyview. I hired them to install 2 windows. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Energy view has done 4 jobs on my house. I will use them and only them for any other jobs and need.

I contacted several roofing contractors and had several estimates presented to us with work outlines and cost. We went with Energy View Windows because they presented the most extensive breakdown of cost and material of all the contractors we contacted. Their price was reasonable and the quality of goods were exceptional. The materials were delivered the next Tuesday and the work performed on Thursday. They started at 8am and were complete and gone by 2pm. They were very fast and did a high quality job. From the time of the estimate, to the delivery of material, to the finish of the work, it took less than 2 weeks.

I am writing this review now as I am helping a friend find someone to replace her windows and have recommended Energy View to her.. These windows have been in for 3 years and they look like they were just installed. Dave was very prompt for our appointment. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient with my questions and not at all high pressure. I had talked to 2 other window installers and both were high pressure and expensive. He kept in contact with me during the time it took to manufacture the windows (they were not standard size windows, at one time they were stained glass windows that someone had removed years before). His installers were prompt and very professional. They answered all the questions I had and were not bothered by me watching the installation. They cleaned up completely during and after the installation.

The crews showed up exactly when they said they would. Worked straight through the day without taking a break and cleaned up as they went along, which really impressed my very picky husband. At day's end when the job was done, they asked my husband to walk through the approve everything. When they left, the place was spotless. Dave called the following day to ask if everything was to our satisfaction. We had the same great experience in 2010 when we used them the first time.

This company goes out of their way to make the customer happy. No request is ignored. You will not be dissatisfied.

We couldn't be any happier. What a difference. The price was fair. Honest people.

All the work was done very professionally. They took their time & did it right the first time. Any little problem was taken care of immediately. Very satisfied with the price as well. Excellent work done right.

This was quite a job. I felt sorry for the guys doing the work, but they got it done. Took quite a while but it was done just right.

First estimate: $10,000. Second estimate: $17,000. Third estimate: $21,000. Still working with Dave to get insurance to be fair regarding scope of coverage.
