Service was very prompt job completed as expected

They were on time. I would prefer a high standard. Three workers came to do the project. They did not stay 4 hours. They were going to come back, but they didn't do that either. I got what I paid for. What I got is pretty much what I expected.

It went just fine. He was very flexible on timing which I very much appreciated.

EZ Home Improvements told Angies List 45 Minutes after we purchase their gutter cleaning service that the service had been completed. I immediately called Angies List and told them that there was no way someone could have been out to our home that fast. They contacted EZ Home Repair and was told that the work had not been completed and that they sent that reply by mistake. We have no idea if our gutters were cleaned or not. We sent EZ Home Improvements 3 emails. We received 1 response stating that they could do the work on March 22nd. One of our downspouts was loose from the gutter in the back of the house. We totally expected it to be reattached when the work was complete. It never was. I finally came home one day after work before a big storm was predicted and reattached the downspout. I noticed a bunch of debris had been thrown on our AC Unit and had made its way down inside the unit. Other than that there is no sign that the work has been completed. Not a word or email from the company saying that they have been out to clean our gutters. This was our first experience using Angie's List and I will never use anyone from Angie's List again for any home repairs or improvements.

It went well. I have a V on the roof between my garage and breezeway which collects small branches. I did not ask them to remove the branches and they did not remove the small branches. I just took for granted they would remove the small branches. They left without telling me they were finished.

The contractors showed up on time and completed the work with two guys in less than two hours.

Took care of cleaning our gutters. We have a bit of a quirky house with multiple levels and I am happy with the service provided.

They arrived on time, did the work very well, and were very clean in their work. Easy to work with and very nice people.

They did an outstanding job on the leaf removal and are scheduled for the gutter guard, yet this week.

The only weather stripping they were willing to put on the doors they charged me an additional $20 per door to get, they sealed the windows.

They were a bit slow to respond to my email and call to schedule my time but after I called a second time, we scheduled a date. They showed up earlier than the scheduled time, went right to work and did a great job.

Showed up on time and did their work quickly and quietly.
