I purchased an Angie's List Deal on gutter cleaning. I was contacted by the company to set a date. I responded that I wouldn't be home during the suggested time. The contractor told me it wasn't necessary for me to be home while the work was being done. I came home later to find the contractor's business card near my front door. I am assuming the work was done, but would have appreciated a message, a cell phone photo, something, to let me know the work was actually done and what the gutters looked like before the cleaning began.

Because we had gutter covers they did not perform the work that was needed. They said if they removed the covers they would not go back in properly. They did reconnect a downspout to a gutter so that was great! I wish they had asked us if we had gutter covers before they came out. We still were charged the full amount and we still don't have an answer to why we have a spot where the water is running under the gutter.

The 2 gentlemen showed up 2 hours early to clean my gutters without contacting me. Since I work night shift, I specifically scheduled a time that was best for my sleep schedule. My dog started barking and woke me up. I wasn't sure what he was barking at, at first. Then I hear voices outside my window which is unsettling. I went outside and one man was in my hostas with a ladder and another guy was wandering around my house. I asked what they were doing and one guy said they were going to clean my gutters but I had screens on them so they wouldn't. I said that's fine but you're 2 hours early. I said I would not pay for them to remove the screens and frankly, I was angry that after working a 13 hour shift I was abruptly wakened after being in bed for an hour. I said I wanted my money back and without turning around, the guy said to contact angie's list. I got my money back. I wasn't going to leave feedback but angie's list keeping sending me emails to clean up my account reviews. They are probably not a bad company but today wasn't their best day.

O.K. The only problem was that they couldn't clean the gutter completely because we had a gutter guard. We were not told beforehand that this would be a problem.

Arrived as scheduled. Cleaned area after completing work.

I guess it went well. I cannot get on roof to check but I trust they did well.

Not good. They arrived and told me they couldn't possibly do what I needed and told me I'd get a refund. Apparently they only do drywall/plaster work on vertical surfaces. I still have not received a credit.

They did exactly what I needed them to do.

I could not be home at the time and when I arrived home had a receipt taped to my front door that stated"150' of gutters cleaned". The problem is I cant figure out which 150' they cleaned. Every gutter I look at from the ground is filled with visible debris and rain water is coming over the tops of the gutters. Not sure what I paid for, probably should have tried to be home while they were there.

It took several attempts to get a hold of the company before I was able to schedule anyone. It wasn't until they came out to my house that I was informed that they only repair drywall. I needed a piece replaced that had broken off.

I felt they were professional and timely. They were not able to perform the service for me though. He suggested I get a refund for the deal purchase and provided me with a reference.

Great- I wasn't home when the team cleaned my gutters, but they did a great job.

We had some problems scheduling because of the weather. Fortunately, he was able to clean the gutters before the next rain storm.
