the guys were punctual and even did a little extra work they found done and was easy for them to get to.

he seemed to be in a hurry & after the next rain my gutters were stopped up so he had not cleaned them thoroughly. I have a stone coated steel roof & he had never seen 1 & was unfamiliar with one. He tried to sell me additional services for roof repairs.

All my needs were met. Loose tiles were secured and other minor issues addressed.

Contractor was punctual, professional and very courteous. These guys consulted us on the shape our gutters were in and even went the extra mile to make sure our downspouts were clear.

It him and his son. They did the job quite adequate. They kept the area clean while they were scooping it out. They didn't leave any debris around the edge of the house or anything. They completed the job pretty quick. When they finished, (he put his hand on my shoulder) he asked if he and his son could come in and pray for me. I felt that was unprofessional. I thought the price was fair. They came out quickly, about two weeks or less. When it gets to religion stuff,I don't feel comfortable judging people.

i asked him to call before the work ihad some things to discuss. he did not. he also would not return my call afterward

I received an email with the $69.99 Gutter Cleaning offer. When I accepted the offer, Angie's list set me up with a business 50 miles away (the are in Hazelwood MO, I am in Festus MO) and accepted my credit card to hire them. The company did not contact me, and did not respond to my first call to call me back. I called a second time. The owner told me that he had never heard of my location and refused to honor the purchase because the distance was too far.

Cleaned all the gutters, even though, I had more gutter than the deal. Very professional and helpful.

A card was left that the outside gutters were done. I contacted via email to schedule service of the inside gutters, which took several emails. After the scheduled time, I contacted--via email--and was told that they could not gain access to the area to service the gutters. (access was available). However, this time, there was no notice left. Again, I contacted via email and was told that it would cost an additional $20 to return. I declined. Note: The company never provided a phone number or offered any other communication to resolve the situation. I felt that my business was not important to them. Also, as a new customer, I prefer, and expect, a business to provide notice via phone of their arrival for service, since I have no knowledge of their process or procedures. At least, that is how other [new] businesses have done.

We had to schedule an appointment time via email, it was scheduled for a window between 12-2. When he didn't arrive by 2:30 I called, the woman I spoke to said she would check with the man doing the service. She did call back promptly and told me since it was so hot, (which I do understand) he was there around 8:30 am, forgot to tag the door, and he would have called, but Angie's List does not provide them with phone numbers. Well, it had been over 100 for 3 days, an email would have sufficed, and why did I need to make an appointment when he did the work without someone there? It was very frustrating that we came home early in case he was there before 12, and we had things to do, when our presence wasn't needed at all

Gutters were cleaned and team came out day prior to planned date due to heat wave beginning on planned date. Very quiet and left Sassoon as were done.

Wonderful to work with. They came early. I would have liked a phone call that they were there, but they left a note. I would hire again.

There was no extra charges. They were good, prompt, nice, on time. I am still using them. They left it clean. There was two workers.

My only issue is that they arrived 1 hour early for the 2 hour range of time given. They gave me a time for the appointment but took awhile to confirm it. There was some concern with my gutter guards. I don't recall if gutter guards were mentioned in the original offer. They cleaned them off and did charge me extra which I thought was very fair. There wasn't a big mess after they left. Good company!

Company was unable to complete work within acceptable timeframe. Payment refunded through Angie's List.

Great! Finally got a project done that I couldn't do. Guys were right on time. They knew what to do and got it done fast.

No one called me or showed up on the days that were offered. gardener ended up cleaning them and fixing the drain issue, I will probably never use one of these offers again. as this is the second time. At least the first time I was able to reach out to the vendor and get a date set up. I think this is more an Angies List problem but not sure I feel I should get a refund
