He pointed out some issues that I had forgotten about like the exterior trim on one of the doors. Things had to be moved so he could get access to some of the windows & Jason was very helpful & patient.

We were extremely pleased with this big deal we purchased on Angie's list. Jason was right on time and did an extremely professional job. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing winterization. Thank you Jason for your great work!b

They arrived and explained what they would and what they were going to do. Kind, courtesy, polite and on time.

He determined he could not find any leaks. Gave an option of doing a small repair If I felt I wanted it...but was very honest that he felt the roof was in great condition and the leak I had experienced was probably a one time event from high winds and extremely heavy rains. I appreciated he did not try to push any extra work. Have not had any other problems

The company was great, said they would do what they would and did it when they said. They did a great job, were clean, honest and have no complaints.

Over all it was cool but did not clean up after onesself

Very pleased with selecting Anchor Roof. Kent and his crew were very personable and informative. They visited my location twice, and both times were on time to the minute. The work is professional, the pricing is fair and affordable, and their communication is very responsive. I used the Angie's List message system as a communication medium and had responses and feedback from Anchor within the day.

Was a little late due to going to the wrong property however went above and beyond cleaning gutters and even additional then deal stated due to him arriving late. Would definitely use again.

The man did a good job. I paid $79.00 for three hours worth of work. The company told me they would have to charge an additional $65.00 to come back a second day to sand the spot they mudded. All total both days the man worked about 1 hour so I am not sure the extra money was warranted, I paid it nevertheless. They also wanted an additional $440.00 to paint the ceiling. I passed on that. I can find a much better price to paint one ceiling.

Job done as expected. My husband arranged the project and was surprised when they left a bill asking for more - not sure if it was clear there was a limit to the amount of gutters they would clean for this rate. Particularly since we're in a one and a half story house so no tall ladders or risk was required. They left a bucket at the house, but otherwise things went smoothly.

I was told via e-mail that I had an appointment for 3:00 on 12/4/15. I took off in the afternoon as I had read in previous reviews that the company wanted someone present. I arrived home around 1:00 only to discover that the person had already come & gone. I found out this from my wife who was home when the person arrived but had to leave soon after to go out of town. So from what I can see thru my second story windows the job was done.

The $79 special for 3 hours of dry wall repair turned into a $144 job for just over 2 hours work. The Anchor folks (three of them) showed up at the agreed time...I thought to do the repairs. Instead one merely inspected the three areas (the other two waited outside in the yard) and then he announced that the work would be split over two separate days to be scheduled with their "subbie and his crew" and which would cost an additional $65 for "finishing" and left without doing anything other than taking 3 pictures with his cell phone and agreeing the dates for the repair with me. The subcontractor showed up, by himself - no crew - he is a one man show. He arrived at the agreed time and completed the "day 1" wet-filling repairs in the 3 areas in a little over 70 minutes. As I said, it was not a big job. He came back on for the "day 2" and completed the final finish sanding and touch up in about 45 minutes. No texturing was done, which I thought should have been included in the definition of finishing, but I was informed that it was not a part of the deal. The only redeeming thing was that the" subbie did great wet work. But while the "subbie" did a great job on the wet repairs, it did not include texturing on the ceiling, which I was keen to have done. He was however, efficient, professional and conscientious and cleaned up well and was a pleasure to deal with. My "Lessons Learned" - do a better job of due diligence before buying: always read the deal's fine print, always check scope and be aware. Overall, I do not feel I got the value I expected and feel that the $79 fee paid to Anchor was not justified because they did no work. The subcontractor did all of the work. I would not recommend Anchor for this type of work as they performed no work.

They thought they were there to do drywall repair, but I had requested gutter cleaning. They had no problem switching gears and went right to work on my gutters. Other providers charged much more so I was happy to get this done. They also install gutter guards, but when I declined their offer for that service, they were fine with that decision. no pressure to change my mind.

Kent is absolutely fantastic and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He gave me a great recommendation about installing a Shur Flo system on over 300 linear feet of roofing. He was prompt, extremely courteous, professional and went about cleaning/installing this system quickly. I truly wish all contractors worked the way Kent runs his business! We have a two story house and the chimney is at the edge of the roof. Attempting this work was much too difficult for me to undertake by myself even if I was qualified. Two men were able to do the job in about 5 hours. After contacting them they scheduled the work within just a few days and arrived promptly on the day of the work. After exposing some of the bricks it was determined that more work was required than they had estimated but they stuck to the original price. The chimney looked great with a fresh coat of paint, everything was cleaned up, and I got a lot of good advice about how to prevent any problems with the brick I have on other parts of the house. I wish that I had more repairs that these two gentlemen could do. It was a high quality job by any measure and worth every bit of what I paid.

Friendly, efficient, prompt

Very happy and satisfied with the service provided. Replaced a number of shingles that were damaged and caulked other areas. Will definitely keep Kent in mind if I need additional work in the future.
