The service was completed on the day the appointment was scheduled.

A++++ I purchased the service but was not at home while they cleaned our gutters. We were contacted quickly and they were flexible with the appointment time. My wife was at home and had nothing but positive comments about the two individuals who came. Very polite. Offered advice that we needed and never pressured to upsell or sell anything. We would absolutely use them again (and probably will because what they said was 100% spot-on). Highly recommended. They even found problems with our gutters that we didn't know existed (we had hail damage a year earlier and our gutters were replaced. We now know that the gutter replacement people messed up.)

Response was prompt and when Kent came to clean the gutters, he provided a prompt and very reasonable estimate ($299) for the garage roof repair, removing the branch and applying a protective covering. Fortunately, we had extra shingles from reroofing a few years ago, which simplified the job. Although heavy rain precluded completion of the job when originally scheduled, Kent was right on time for the rescheduled appointment, completing the work in record time! We plan to use Anchor next time we need service.

He came out and cleaned my gutters in the rain, and he didn't do a very good job. Also he said he would call and give me a bid for another service, but he never did.

At first I had a little bit of problem because the company didn't have a tall enough ladder to reach my roof even though I only have a two-story house. It eventually got done to my satisfaction. I also paid another $79 to have them do the gutters on my garage. They did do the gutters on the garage the first time they came out. They had to come out twice. The first time they came out, they didn't have a ladder that would reach. It had been a wet weather so they couldn't use a shorter ladder to clean by walking the roof. It was hard to coordinate.

He repaired my roof from a leak that I had. He was professional, on time, and did good work. He also referred me to someone who could replace my roof (which I ended up deciding to have it replaced)

Work performed as scheduled. The team was courteous and professional and did a good job, would recommend and hire again.

I was very dissatisfied with the appearance of the chimney after it was completed. I mentioned this to the worker and was brushed off. He told me the job was to "just patch it up" and "that's just how it looks." I called another company, who came out and told me they would be able to fix the appearance. After they were finished, they mentioned that Anchor had left a mess on my roof. The repairs that they did have made my roof look ten times better than Anchor did. I would not recommend Anchor to anyone reading this review.

They provided repairs to the chimney and some tuckpointing. They appeared on time, introduced themselves and the team and completed the work. They showed pictures of the damaged areas and what they repaired. Very professional.

It was okay. He did an okay job. He kind of annoyed me a little bit because he started pitching an up-sale thing, a gutter cover thing. It just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. He did an adequate job but it wasn't a great experience. He didn't do a bad job.

I recommend these folks most highly. They are recent transplants from Massachusetts, where, I think I have this right, they did roofing and chimney repairs as well as interior work such as dry wall. They might do more. They were early, and accommodated our needs. We had two small drywall repairs and they happened to have left over pieces that they used rather than charging me or forcing me to buy much more drywall than I needed. Doing a very good job was clearly very important to them. They were very pleasant to have around. In addition, and very important to me, they were neat and thoughtful. In the two locations they repaired the dry wall, they put down drop cloths. Afterwards, they vacuumed up whatever was left on the floor. Most impressive to me was how they managed the drop cloths and ladder. So that dust and particles wouldn’t drop on the floor when the ladder was being carried out, they turned the ladder over on top of the drop cloth and shook it so the dust and particles would fall onto the cloth. To avoid dropping dust and particles on the floor from the drop cloths, they folded them up and put them in a large plastic bag to carry out of the house. Although our coupon said, two people for an hour and a half, three actually came, and they spent the full time doing the job. They are a father and two sons who work together very well and pleasantly. I am certain it was because we had a small job, but they were able to put three coats of mud on the drywall before they left because they have a tool that heats and dries the mud. They did not have to do that. I had expected to have to put more mud on the repaired area after they left, but it was ready for sanding. The sanding was easy since the repair job was excellent and the area is now ready for painting.

This was the nicest father and son team! Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were so pleasant and respectful to each other. It was a pleasure to have them in my home.

Completed gutter cleaning. Worker made a comment to me about his religion which I found to be uncomfortable in the context since he was here to clean gutters.

The work is horrible. Paint splatters on the hard wood floors. I spent 3 hours scraping paint off an area 6'x6'. I have hours yet to do. There are paint splatters on the bathroom cabinets, hardware,sink & toilets. Paint brushes were washed out in the bathroom sink or the just dribbled paint in the sink. The white painted wood work has wall color splatters. The cut line between the ceiling and top of the wall plus the wall and base board is a squiggle line varying a quarter of an inch. Fixtures and cabinet tops in the kitchen are splattered. So you don't misunderstand, they are in the range in the 50-100 quantity. Paint on the refrigerator, cold air returns, towel racks, light fixtures and hand rails. 44 Scratches 3-4' in length in the hardwood floor in the bedroom due to pushing the furniture. There is not one place in the house where paint wasn't splattered on the floor, cabinets, fixtures or just painted surfaces. I planned on having them provide an additional 2 painters for 3 days beyond the original purchase. So I started checking the work today to anticipate what still needed to be done and noticed the problems. I thought the area was isolated incident so I started cleaning the floor. I asked the owner how to get the paint splatters off the floor & he gave me a blue pad & said wet it. He observed me cleaning an area 5'x4' plus the stairs. Once I finished, I continued to inspect the house and saw the horrific work? I was upset and although they were to work an additional 7.5 hours Sunday plus 3 days next week, I told them to get their stuff out of the house and not come back. Luckily I found another painter to start on Wednesday to repair & finish the work. I have had to postpone the showing of my house at least a week to fix the work. I do not want to talk with the company nor have them on my property. There is no way I would let them try to repair anything.

Kent and his sons were very professional, very nice. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. Their specialty isn't painting, but they did a good job. When a mistake was made (miscommunication about the color of a room), they repainted the room without charging me. Overall, I was very satisfied.

I already had an estimate for the boots for the pipes in the roof to be replaced by another company. I wanted a second opinion. I used a maintenance check and minor repair coupon for $99. Anchor scheduled the coupon work within 1 week, arrived right on time and were very courteous. They confirmed my roof had approximately 10 years life on the shingles but the boots had probably not been replaced when the shingles were done 15 years ago. Their estimate was half of the 1st company's estimate. So even with the $99 maintenance check, I got the work done cheaper and felt more confident. They were able to schedule the repair within a week and arrived at the scheduled time. There was no mess to clean up. I will definitely look to them for future roof work.

He was a very professional young man. He was extremely knowledgeable about plaster and other issues walls can present. I would request him if I have another job that requires is skill.

I'm perfectly annoyed by that. The guy came over and it was a repair in our bathroom. The job was 3 hours. There were 3 of them that arrived and they bid on a bunch of other stuff. It took them under an hour to do the repair then it was drywall so then to come back and finish the job it was going to be $85 for a home visit. To me that is appalling that you know that it is going to be a 2 part thing but you want more money to come back especially when it's a 3 hour job and you only spent 45 minutes on it. I felt that it was a bait and switch because it was not 3 hours worth of work. I will not hire him again.

Kent and his crew of adult sons provided good service. We needed to rescheduled several times but that was a weather issue. They ended up working at 8am on a Sunday morning in February- impressive. The are efficient, friendly, communicative. No surprises. Kent gave us other info re our roof and possible replacement of skylights for future consideration.

It went well they did a great job. I would recommend them to friends and family members.
