Description of Work: furnace cleaning and inspection; replaced the filter, but didn't have one on the truck so brought the filter over to the house later that afternoon

Description of Work: I needed my furnace cleaned and checked. Although it is only 2 1/2 years old, there has been no service since I moved in. They were very professional, showed up on time, performed the service and will be returning in the spring for the air conditioner. I would highly recommend them.

The serviceman said he cleaned and oiled the unit. He then told my husband the unit was pretty Old. I knew that. I was not impressed with this. No I would not use this company again.

The technician also gave us a heads up on some items that may need some repair soon. I liked that the company calls you when they are on their way to your appointment. I wish more companies would do this so you are not just waiting around all day. I would definitely use this company again for future work.

Description of Work: This company came and did an annual check and cleaning on our furnace. This was a $69 Angie's List special. They did a nice job, and this price was much cheaper than the other company we had been planning to go with. They found that we needed an igniter, and that was an additional $90. The furnace is 13 years old, and I didn't think it was unreasonable that it needed a new igniter.

We signed up for a maintenance agreement that will include checking out our air conditioner in the Spring and a discount on parts as well as being a priority customer. John checked and cleaned the furnace, replaced the humidifier filter and walked us through every facet of our furnace system. He even looked over the water heater for us. He found the furnace igniter to test weak so we decided to have it replaced. We were very happy with their service.

Description of Work: I called Air Comfort because the upstairs unit of the complex was not delivering very cold air. The service person was professional and helpfu. He installed freon but also took the time to show me how to keep the outdoor units clean so that they operate more efficiently. Will use this comany again for sure.

Description of Work: Company called me to set up appointment. I liked that. Said service person would call and give 30 minutes before approximate arrival. Happened just as explained to me. Young man did thorough inspection and cleaning of furnace, part while it was on and part while it was off. I am very pleased, overall with the experience. Recommend warmly.

Description of Work: They do great work. I originally had them out to repair my A/C in the 2011 August heatwave. I continue to use them for ongoing maintenance on the A/C and Furnace.

Performed a check of air conditioning unit and changed a hose at my request. All work covered for coupon price. I would recommend Air Comfort Service to my friends. The service man was friendly and professional.
