I found out the one of our air conditioners had a freon leak and needed to be replaced. I got a quote from the service company that identified the leak, but I wanted a second bid. Air Comfort called me back right away and had someone at my house within 20 minutes to look over the unit and get me a quote. We decided to go with their bid and they were able to schedule the replacement with 3 days. The service team showed up right on time, performed the work as promised. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of the job. Very professional.

The workers were friendly and the service technicians were very informative. They even found some potentially dangerous ducts that needed to be replaced. They led me in the right direction for getting a new AC and now our house is cooler than it was before. They even offer three years zero interest financing! They got the work done in a timely and efficient manner.

They did a great job. They were fast. I called and they were there. I've been using them since 2005.

Everyone that I've dealt with from Air Comfort Service have been excellent. The installers were on time Thursday morning and they completed the job in a single day - which is remarkable considering the ductwork they had to do. They were both just as nice as they could be and very professional. Everything was left neat and clean when they left. I've used Air Comfort Service before and will definitely use them in the future. It was very unsatisfactory. They came out and what we wanted them to do was check out the furnace and do all the maintenance and also check our humidifier. We thought the humidifier might not be working properly. So he checked the humidifier and said it needed a new circuit board. The house was only 5 years old so I thought that was really odd that we would need another circuit board just after 5 years. He said it was going to cost us 283 dollars for the circuit board and that seemed kind of high to me. Then they were going to charge us another 250 dollars for a maintenance agreement. Any way I called out a different company and they said our humidifier didn't even have a circuit board so for him telling us we needed a new one, I don't know what that was all about. So I called Air Comfort immediately and told them to cancel everything, that I was not going to do business with them. We will never do business with them again. He did a good job on the furnace itself.

Great, they detected corrosion in the coils and so it was either close to or already leaking CO. They even detected a gas leak outside of our house (completely unrelated but they were just that aware while they were around our house so we appreciate that!). Very satisifed with their services. Ended up having to go with the home warranty service provider to replace the HVAC system.

Service went well. Very professional and efficient.

Bob arrived within the appointment schedule and went right to work. He went about checking everything concerning my furnace operations: pilot assembly, motor and blower bearings, safety controls, thermostat operation plus cycling, burner assembly, heat exchanger. He checked the electric circuitry and cleaned filters as needed. Nothing was over looked. I am happy with the detail experience.

The service person was very friendly and professional. He did additional work for me, assembled my new filter unit. I am very, very pleased! A job well done!

They were very good at what they did. I'm sorry, but I do not have the gentlemen's name that helped me. He was very professional and I will be using them for any other needs I have in their area of expertise.

I bought a furnace inspection deal from Air Comfort Service Inc. John came out to perform the service. Upon getting the service done John raised concern stating the unit needed to either be fully repaired or replaced. He went as far as shutting off the gas going into the unit stating that he had to do so by law, further implying that there may be issues with carbon monoxide (prompting me to later put in an order to have a carbon monoxide detector installed). The concern John brought up sent me into a state of disarray especially as I deal with PTSD being a disabled veteran/ex police officer/state trooper. During his time in my home he also charged me an extra 26 dollars for the cleaning of some sort of air intake mechanism and I was so worried about what I was just told that I just paid for it without even thinking about it. John provided supposed documentation of his findings that prompted the insisting of myself to either immediately get the repairs done (which he said would be an extra 1200 dollars) or buy a brand new furnace (which he gave prices that started at 1900 and went up to 3000+). I informed John that I'd weigh the options and that I'd make a decision later. I wanted a second opinion so I then called American Home Shield Warranty who for another 75 dollar sent out a Sierra HVAC technician named Ryan who checked the furnace and found it to be in proper working condition. Upon showing him the documentation that John left for me, Ryan, reluctant to go against a different companies findings, informed me that he didn't find anything to substantiate Air Comfort Service Incs claims prompting me to believe I had been lied to in an attempt to be up sold. At that point I also began to question the validity of the photo documentation that was left by Don at Air Comfort and also questioning whether or not they even performed the actual inspection tune up and cleaning that the deal entailed. Overall I've had a pretty bad experience with them and I will not use Air Comfort Service Inc again.

David at Comfort Air is on the ball. From the initial thorough evaluation of the home, to the visits or calls after each project, has been a high end experience, in customer service and complete follow through. The vent layout and many band-aid repairs made throughout the years added up to hot rooms, cold rooms, duct work that went to nowhere, and other hidden surprises. David is familiar with all of these issues, and had no problems navigating through the challenges of an older home. He is great. Chris who did most of the install is amazing! He made many improvements to my ideas that work better and LOOK better than I imagined. Once I was comfortable with the professionalism of the Company, I had many other things done, that were years overdue. When I saw the completion of one project I realized how many others needed to be done. Thank-You to David and Chris Dan Barrett It was made clear that drywall would have to be removed in places to complete such a large project. There was clean cuts, and no drywall was removed that wasn't absolutely necessary. I was actually able to run wire for additional outlets and such while I had access to those areas.

Two workers came out and they were both good. They kept the place clean. My only complaint with them really was that it seemed like some stuff got added to the price after I had already chosen them. I got the quote and then, they came back, "Oh well, this wasn't included."

Our service provider was great. Very detailed in his process of cleaning and taking care of our furnace. I highly recommend Air Comfort!

The day after Xmas I had a sewer back-up and 4" of water in the basement. I hired a company to pump out the water and another company to cable the drain. The next day I discovered that the water heater was out and the insulation was soaked with flood water. I called Air Comfort at night and spoke to their on-call person. I called the next morning and they were able to schedule a replacement for 12:30 p.m. that day. The water heater is very well insulated and has an excellent warranty. The plumber did an excellent job, and checked the water pressure coming into the house. Given county regs that have been issued in the last few years, he advised that I would need a pressure regulator installed on the water line, and gave me a referral to another company that does that kind of work. He also advised me about the required inspection process from the county. I was very satisfied with the service.

It was fine. It was all fine. The price was fine. There were no complaints.

Excellent crew-on time, professional and friendly. They did an outstanding job and were very detail oriented. It was obvious that they take pride in their job and represented their company very well.

The office scheduling was very easy, and I was notified before the technician arriving at my house. I had trouble with a new type of filter kit, and he put it in for me. The experience from scheduling to completion was smooth, professional. I recommend this company highly.
