It was a lot, it was not cheap. They were there the next day. Mine went out and they had the new unit in the next day, and it works perfect. I would use them again in the future. I would shop around first, but I wouldn't refuse to use them. It took about a half a day to complete the work. The workers were great. The owner of the company is Steve Ryan. It was fine. They took the old one away and the old furnace away, and the whole nine yards away.

Great! Always thorough, polite. I trust them and recommended them to my family who just recently purchased a new furnace, a/c system and hot water heater. They were very happy with the entire process and said Air Comfort really gives great customer service! I couldn't agree more!

Excellent. Of the four bidders, Air Comfort was the only one with tremendous follow up. Not pushy, just great follow thru. David, who did the estimating, had real world experience from the ground up - not just a "sales rep". The installers, Chris and Paul were first class, keeping the job running smooth. We couldn't have asked for better.

So far ,unit works fine. The tech was Andrew Oliver. He was polite, on time and took the time to explain the issue with my unit and to clean up.

We have used them for 8 years. We have a yearly maintenance contract with them. I have 5 systems so they check them all when they come out. They always send the same guy, even though we moved across town. I like that I know him. He is friendly and tells me how the systems are. I feel he is very honest. While he's here he communicates well because he's here all day to check the system. They come right away and are very punctual.

Arrived promptly at time they specified. Removed and installed equipment and cleaned up the work area when the install was complete. Took one full day.

It went very well. They were prompt and professional. They gave a quote and honored it with no additional hidden fees and no pressure to buy a bigger unit than we needed or to purchase anything else. They gave us a humidifier too. . They replaced all parts of the furnace and the A/C, not just the unit, including pipes and hoses, unlike other companies. We had to have the city come and inspect it after it was installed, and the inspector said it was a quality installation. Even the termite inspector complimented us on the installation. It is now 92 degrees outside and I am chillin' on the inside. Thank you Air Comfort!

Everything went fine. The work was completed in one day and there was no trace of any mess left behind from the removal of the old equipment. I was especially impressed with the one installer who remained after the work was complete to explain to me the operation of the new equipment. And when I asked about how to run a PVC line from the safety drip pan under the water heater to our floor drain, he simply said that he would do it for me! And it only took him a few minutes to do it; I'm afraid that it very likely would have taken me the better part of a day. Thank you, Air Comfort, for a job very well done!

They did a fine job. I bought a service plan. I have two furnaces and two air conditioners there. I pay $29 a month for it.

Very responsive from request for estimate to scheduling appointment to installation. Pete and Tom showed up promptly at the scheduled time, very friendly and professional. They took every precaution to keep my house clean with protective cloths for the floors. They even put up with my annoying questions during the install. After the job was complete, they did a great job of clean up - very pleased. The price was very reasonable and the best of the multiple quotes I received. Lastly, Air Comfort supports the St Louis Honor Flight - a great organization with a great mission providing service to veterans.

I was happy with the service Timothy provided for my furnace. Timothy was on time and did a thorough job. However, I was not happy with some of his conversation/behavior. I ask a lot of questions because I try to get the most for my money. Timothy for the most part answered all of my questions. He recommended that the run capacitor be replaced because the readings were out of range. I agreed to have it replaced but asked to see the numbers from the readings after Timothy had gone to the truck to get the part but before he replaced it. This seemed to cause him additional trouble since he had to go back to his truck to get the tools to provide the readings. While he was replacing the part I was waiting for him to provide the readings but he provided them when I asked for them and seemed to be aggravated by my asking. Also, the charge to replace the part was $126.00 and it took him no more than 10 minutes to replace it. I know that there is a lot of overhead at companies but this part cost at most $20 so that means $106 was charged for labor? I normally try to do my own maintenance but know I can't do everything. I will definitely will be more cautious and do my homework before I let someone else come into my home to perform any other type of service.

I've used Air Comfort Service Inc | before in the St. Charles area. Very reliable and they keep sending the same great service guy.

The initial follow-up was a bit delayed but once squared away, the experience was excellent. This included an HONEST assessment of my furnace condition (which I knew) so that the service was provided, was effective and worth the money spent.

As indicated above, everything was super. We went with the higher grade systems, and are happy we did. Included was raising our A/C (to avoid dirt draining up around it), and a new thermostat. We also had a flue liner placed. Although not related to the services provided, it means a lot to us that Air Comfort is such a loyal supporter of the Honor Flights.

I paid Angies list for their service and Air comfort never responded. They said that they didn't authorize the price listed on Angies List. The bad thing is they never responded. This is a company that in 2013 installed a air conditioning system, after this experience they will never install anything else foe me,

Can that day but much later than promised.

Andy O., our service technician, was very thorough and found a few issues that required us to get a new furnace. Andy and Rob (installer) were very knowledgeable and talked to/showed me all of the issues in person until I felt comfortable with next steps.

They were one of the first people we called when we moved here - five years ago today. The previous owner used them. We always have a check up on our air conditioning every six months. We signed a contract and they came out and did maintenance. I think it was a contract for three years. They come out and do checks every six months. They were very responsive and have been very responsive and very good about calling us to tell us it is time for a check up. It was $300 for six visits. They've always been real good and kept it running for us. We have two houses and we always have a service agreement for both houses. We always call them when we're in town for whichever house we're out. It was a good deal. I think it went up in price the next time, but it was worth it to keep it in service and to make sure your furnace and air conditioner are in good shape. We've never had a problem with any of them. Very professional and overall good people. They've always been very responsive. They're always there when they say or they call. Very easy to work with. Always very friendly when they are there. They seem to know what they're talking about. All of their people seem to be very aware of all the nuances of heating and cooling. I've never felt gouged or that they are lying to me or anything like that.

They won't have to come for a year. They were great. Our air conditioner and water heater went out the same time. We didn't have any air conditioning and it was 100 degrees, so there was no time to go price shopping. We didn't price compare. We'd been without air conditioning for almost two days, when they came out. They came out and were able to get the air conditioning working overnight and then they came in the next day. They got it to us in a day. They were able to come out the day after we called, got the air conditioning working on the second day, and then were able to replace it on the third day. They were super good quality wise. My husband had to wait a day or so because I was out of town. So he thought he'd just wait until I got back in. They go there quick and fixed it quick. I know there were a lot of people who had issues with their air conditioning, so I would give them an A. They were here when they said they'd be here. They said they'd be here at 8 in the morning and they were here a little bit before 8. The workers were really good. They came up all the time and told us where they were in the process. We have a contract with them and have had a contract with them for a few years - probably since the time we moved here four years ago, almost five.

Our old thermostat still functioned but did not light up when using it. Air Comfort was coming for routine biannual check up for heating/air conditioner. I had them look at the thermostat. The only fix was to replace it. Our serviceman (sorry can't remember his name) checked first to see if could get it replaced under warranty. He then replaced it. We were very happy with the job.

I would use them again in future. They have quality, they are professional, they are knowledgeable and they are experienced.

The work they have done has been fine. They do what they are supposed to do. They have done a couple different things over the years mostly doing maintenance, but I would use them for anything.

The service was exceptional. I first called them Saturday morning because my old AC unit was tripping the breakers when it came on. A technician, Bob, came out within an hour or two, examined my whole system, and determined that my compressor was shorted out, so the unit needed to be replaced. Because their office was open he was able to give me a price right away and told me about a zero interest financing option. I also got a $100 rebate which essentially paid for the service call. The cost of the service call, $119, was less than I had been quoted by another company. I was able to apply for the financing online, got approved immediately, and was able to schedule the work for Tuesday. They actually could have done it Monday, but I wasn't able to be there. The installers arrived promptly at 7:30 as arranged. They took out the old unit, which was almost 20 years old, and installed the new system. Both men were friendly, polite, professional, competent and efficient. Despite challenges with removing the old system they completed the entire job in less than 5 hours. There were no last minute charges or additions - the price was exactly what I had been quoted. I was very satisfied with the price, $3350 for a 2 ton unit, and the speed with which they responded, both for the initial call and for the installation. I highly recommend them to anyone needing service for an AC or heating unit.
