Furnace went on the fritz and based on reviews on Angie's list we picked this company and all the positive reviews were right!

Did a great job and was very detailed in telling us what is going on with the furnace. Sales associate was informative with the need of replacement to our furnance. The estimate seemed a little high getting quotes from other vendors on Angie's list. We will use them for any repairs.

I bought an Angie's List Deal for a furnace cleaning & check from Air Comfort Service for $69. I called them after purchase to make an appointment. The office staff was friendly and helpful. On the scheduled day of service, the office called ahead to let me know that the tech was on his way and he arrived promptly. He was courteous & professional and performed the work according to what the Deal had specified. The work took approx 20 minutes. He mentioned that they offer contract cleaning of the furnace in the fall and a/c in the spring for a specified price and that I could sign up that day and he would subtract the $69 that I had already paid from the cost, but I declined. He was not pushy about it. Overall, very pleased, and will likely call them in the future if needed.

They are wonderful. They actually called to remind me that I had the deal. No other company has ever called me to remind me that I purchased a Big Deal. I will definitely use them again because of that phone call.

.Scheduler arranged the appointment. Techcinian arrived on time and was very professional. He completed the service call and advised us on the best way to handle the vent reroute. He provided us with very helpful information that allowed us to make informed descisions on our remodeling project.

After purchasing the big deal coupon for a tune up the details of the coupon stated one of the things that would be checked was "check thermostat operation and cycle." When the technician arrived I told him my thermostat was set to lower to 68 at night but sometimes was getting colder, even 62. I said maybe something was wrong with my thermostat or how it was set. He simply says the brand I have is not a good one, so it could the problem, without ever checking the thermostat at all. I don't know if it is a problem or not, that was why I purchased the coupon, to have it actually checked by a technician. Seems to me this coupon is misleading or a scam when it says they will check something as the thermostat when actually they don't.

Made an appointment utilizing a "Big Deal" very prompt and easy to work with. Very pleased with the service. Participated in a Promo for a discounted AC inspection the following spring.

The tech who arrived for the inspection was on-time, cordial, and professional. He did a nice job and cleaned up after himself and the inside of the furnace without prompting. I mentioned we had a problem with the dryness in the house last year, and he noted my humidifier had never been turned back on and the filter needed replacing. He took care of that for only the cost of the filter, and even rewired the unit so that I could run it with just the blower. Since our furnace is older and not far away from needing replacement, I asked him a few questions about the newer HE furnaces and costs and he was helpful and honest when answering my questions. I would use this company in the future; my experience with them was positive.

It turned out to meet my complete satisfaction. Now the heater system works really nice and very responsive to the thermostat settings.

It went very well. I have had no problems with the unit since their repairs.
