It went very good. They were punctual and professional.

The technician arrived on time, was very polite and thoroughly explained everything he did. He was finished in approximately 20-30 minutes and didn't find any problems.

They were prompt in answering my calls.

The installation was completed as scheduled and there have been no problems.

They were great. They cleaned up the area and it was a good experience overall.

I got several company's of Angies list and called for bids, but since we had got the first quote from Air Comfort, we called them back and told them that instead of just replacing the A frame we wanted to replace the furnace. I told them of the other quotes we recieved and they agreed to meet the best one. They removed the old furnace and installed the new furnace in one day. The man was very professional until he installed the programable thermostate. He installed it but didn't show us how to program it. We called the company back and the manager tried to walk thru it but it wasn't doing what he said it should, so he came over an programmed it. We still can't correct the program. So we try to override it, but this only works for six hrs. I think they could have given us an easier to use thermostate. The instruction manual is worthless.

The service call was routine and went well.

They arrived on time and immediately went to work checking out first one furnace and then the other. They answered any questions I had as they performed all the checks. They went out of their way to clean up after finishing. The whole time were very professional.

Came on time, did what he was supposed to do, and left. No issues whatsoever.

The serviceman was prompt in arriving at the selected time, called ahead to be sure someone was home. He cleaned and checked the A/C, made sure everything was working properly and efficiently. Didn't take long at all. He offered me a very good deal on an upgrade for a furnace check in the fall, I believe it was about $79, which I was very happy to pay. When he came back in the fall for the furnace check, he replaced the filter, replaced a couple of items that were necessary. I was very happy with their work and will call them in the future if I ever need someone to work on my furnace or A/C.

Excellent service and will use again. They had a special that included servicing the furnace during the winter.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable, and did a good job. In fact, I signed a 1-year contract with them after this intial visit.

Went very well. The issues found were serious enough to warrant a new furnace. They provided the estimate, performed the job well, very professional, and reasonably priced. I would use them again.

Experience was great. Scheduling was easy and they worked around my schedule. The service person, Andy, was on time and I was called around 30 minutes ahead of his arrival. Andy was friendly and responsive to questions, he also did a great job of explaining the issues he encountered and presented options for addressing them. I think he went above and beyond on the humidifier inspection, identifying that it was not working (or not hooked-up, rather) and tracing electrical connections back to reveal unsafe wiring, which he addressed.

Service was professional and performed to standard. A large window of time of Noon to 5 was given for the technician to arrive with a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. This is a lot less specific than I would prefer, but normal for service calls. When completed with the scheduled service I was offered an A/C service for an additional cost, which I find unprofessional. I prefer to not be sold additional services like this, maybe when I've called in it would be okay but face to face with a technician it's just uncomfortable. I was satisfied with the service provided and the quality of the work.

They were punctual and very professional. They did expected checks of electrical and freon and cleaned the coils. They told me electrical was fine and that all three units needed Freon (Moderate need, Moderate need, and Extreme need). However, the amount of freon they said was needed seemed excessive. They pushed though, suggesting rate would be going up very rapidly. I passed. Afterwards, I checked the units and found that the amount of freon they suggested was unrealistic based on the system capacity. We just waited and looked for visible signs of system difficulty. One unit did develop ice on the line and another vendor charged the freon - but it needed about 25% of what the Air comfort guy suggested. All in all, I felt like they were performing the 'deal' at a reasonable price, but trying to take advantage of me on the freon.

I was very satisfied with the professionalism and thoroughness the tech displayed and believe he did a good job at a reasonable price.

This inspection was important to me because my air conditioner had not been inspected for several years. I was relieved because the air conditioner was fine and because the inspector was very knowledgible and explained each step of the process.

When Air Comfort came out to give me an estimate they were very accommodating and professional. They got back to me with my estimate when they said they would and scheduled the installation according what was convenient to me. They showed up on time introduced themselves and got right to work. They were very professional and polite, before they left the made sure I knew how to work the programmable thermostat and answered any questions that I had. I really cannot say enough how please I am with their service and I will definitely be looking to them when I have to replace my air conditioner.

The technician was prompt and very friendly. He checked my furnace which hadn't been checked in the 8 years I had been there. He cleaned it and put my reusable filter back in after cleaning it. I asked him about the humidifier that was attached to the furnace and he told me what I could do with it. This seems to be a very good company with honest techs. Overall he did an excellent job. He walked me through everything he did. He gave tips on how to get a better performance.

Experience with the first guy was ok, though I don't think he did a very thorough job. The 2nd guys were much better and were able to solve the problem.

Everything went perfectly! They came out to the house and added the freon and then told me I had two small leaks which they repaired. I had just had this done by another company who added the freon, but never bothered to see if there were any leaks.

I ended up getting the whole-house humidifier and filtration system. The installation was very smooth and the technician was very professional and thoroughly explained the systems. The humidifier works great. It is too soon to tell if the filtration system will reduce the amount of dust in the house. I will most likely get the zoning system recommended by Matt before next summer.

Air comfort was the fourth service I've used since I bought my house in 1967. They are by far the best and unless they mess up, they will continue to be my heating and cooling service. I recomend them highly.
