Technician arrived early. Completed the work before the estimated time. Work area was clean and organized.

It was a great experience. They cleaned up very well after themselves.

451.35It was a pretty straight forward process. I showed him where the furnace was and he did his thing. In the end my furnace was good to go the the winter season.

It was just like another company where they always find something to render that they didn't know I had and probably, would not have to have to be fixed, if there wouldn't have been there; but they were fine. They were punctual.

This does not include a tune up just a service call so I requested a refund.

Technician was helpful and took his time explaining the condition of my heating and AC unit.

It turned out good. They came back in the fall to do the maintenance. My furnace ended up being cracked so they put a new furnace in for me. They were pretty knowledgeable. I think they gave me a pretty good deal on the furnace. They were reasonably priced.

They were very professional, did a good job and would hire them again in the future.

The service call was done as stated. The men were quiet and did not communicate the process well. Good service and yes, I will call them next year.

The thermostat temp did not seem to be the same temp in the room. I checked Angie's List and found Select Comfort with excellent ratings. They said they could have someone out in 30-45 minutes and they were true to their word! They checked the thermostat and the furnace and told me there were no problems.

The assessment cost about 80 and the part, plus labor was 500. They came on time and repaired quickly. We thought the price was fair, not great or excellent.

after listening to my description of what the furnace had done, i was informed that the repair needed was very expensive and, while the repairman did not state i absolutely needed a new furnace he agreed that it was better to replace it. I elected to get a new furnace. My only complaint (and it is a petty one I admit)- i really think they should have deducted the amount of the big deal from the purchase price of the new furnace which was over $2000.00

The technician arrived and did his maintenance/service on the furnace. He explained a few general points of information, which was very helpful. He also mentioned the filter on the humidifier needed changed, which I agreed with since it hadn't been done for several years. I am pleased with the service I received.

I woke up freezing at 1:30am Saturday morning. The thermostat was off, with a message there was "lo battery". I went to Walgreens and bought new batteries, replaced the batteries, and the thermostat worked. I turned on the heat, and the blower turned on to expel unburned gas, but the furnace burners did not light. The ignitor did not operate. The furnace is 19-years old, and the ignitor has been replaced five (5) times, so I knew the problem was ignitor failure... again. I called Air Comfort's emergency service at 2:30 am, and the answering service told me to wait 30 minutes for a return call as the technician might not be able to hear the page because he or she could be working in a noisy environment. I received no call. At 3:15am, I called the emergency line again, and I did not receive a call. I fell asleep waiting for a call. I awoke at 7:30am, and again called the emergency service. The Air Comfort technician immediately returned my call, explaining he was working in an area where he did not have cell phone coverage. He said he would call his office when the office opened at 8am, and would have me placed in line for a service call. I called the office at 8:15am and learned the technician did call the office, and a technician would be out before noon. The office called me at 9:45am saying the technician was on his way, and he arrived at my home about 10am. It was a rough start because the technician was out of cell phone range. But it turned out the technician who was working the night hours and the technician who came to my home was the same technician. End result was my furnace ignitor was replaced and the furnace in operation just nine (9) hours after I first discovered there was no heat in the house. I consider this to be very good service in spite of this problem occurring in the middle of the night, the early hours of a Saturday.

The technicians came out to service two A/C units. They discovered a freon leak in one of the units. We discussed repair options, and subsequently, the unit has worked well. I would recommend this company without hesitation for any HVAC service or repair.

The service was prompt, the price was good (an Angie's List coupon), and the serviceman appeared knowledgeable. The AC worked fine all summer.

The service person arrived promptly and did a thorough job. Would definitely use again.

Two technicians arrived a couple of hours late. I think they did a good job but the constant sales pitch to buy annual maintenance was annoying. It seemed to be the top priority to them.
