Great. The installer cleaned up the mess and provided step-by-step instructions for me on the new equipment.

I have used Air Comfort service many times for my rental properties. They have been very reliable! From furnace tune up to general repairs, gas leaks, thermostat replacements, ect... One repair I remember distinctly was my tenants air conditioner went out during the incredible St Louis heat wave in July 2012. They were able to make it to my tenants home to make the repair in less than an hour from calling them. Very much appreciated and I will continue to use them.

I purchased a coupon to have my furnace checked before the winter set in. Very easy to set appointment. The serviceman replaced a fuse in his checkup. Later that afternoon I noticed that my furnace wasn't kicking on, and I called them back. Someone returned to my home within a few hours and found the fuses were still going out. He replaced them and I haven't had any issues since. I would definitely call this company again.

I made a Saturday appointment. The serviceman arrived on time and finished in a timely manner.

I called the company about the breakdown of the $560 repair fee. I looked online for prices on the part and saw ranges between $160 and $200 for the part. I asked for a breakdown of the cost. Their excuse was something like this: " We use a standard HVAC price book that shows a set price for a repair for a certain model of furnace". I'm not a fool. Any company is going to know what their cost is and what their profit is any any service call. So I felt simply like they were trying to take advantage of me and my situation of not having a running furnace on a winter day. What they didn't realize is that I had a wood burning stove, so I was not in a desparate need for the repair to be done at that moment. I called some other places and started getting bids. Other places weren't that much better -- quoting me about $80 cheaper than the $560 Air comfort quoted me. In the end, I was able to find a friend who knew somebody in the business. They did it for $335. He flat out told me the part cost $200. The repair, with the part in hand -- took 30 minutes. The moral of the story is to make sure to shop around when it comes to HVAC repairs. I would never, ever again do a repair again without getting at least 3 quotes. Their prices are inflated, and they are not set in stone.

The technician arrived on time and completed his work efficiently. When he was finished he gave me and my wife a complete explanation of what he did, the condition of our furnace and how to maintain it.

Excellent job and excellent follow up. The Sunday after the furnace was installed I had a problem. I spoke with their service and my call was immediately returned. It turned out to be user error but I was impressed with their quick response - even on a Sunday.

They came out the day after I called them. Their responsiveness and professionalism were excellent. The man showed up on time and did what he was supposed to do. He also also recommeded another tune up in the spring, which I will do.

Terry arrived on time and was most pleasant and very professional. He checked every aspect of the furnace and informed me what the inspection entailed. He advised me on a couple items that were not quite optimal, but that were no safety problem at this time. He informed me what to watch for in the next 12-24 months and I intend to act accordingly. He cleaned the burner assembly area and cleaned all around the area where he worked - cleaning things that were slightly dirty, but they were dirty prior to his arrival. Terry was extremely helpful and educated me on the proper workings of my furnace. He advised me on what to do going forward and recommended a yearly inspection program. Terry even advised me about a plumbing problem that was unrelated to the furnace. He was great and was not in any hurry to move to his next job until I was completely satisfied. And I was completely satisfied with the work from Air Comfort Service, Inc. and particularly the professional workmanship of Terry. I am sure that I will use Air Comfort Service, Inc. in the future. I will likely join up for their annual inspection services as well as use them for any future HVAC needs. I am very confident that my furnace is in great working order for the next couple years.

Everything seems to work beautifully. The workman came. He was very neat, which is always a good thing. He didn't leave any debris or anything. He was polite and helpful. He put it in and left. It works great. I know that I had to pay another fee because of something that he had to do due to a city ordinance.
