They were really good. The young man that came out and did the work was real polite. They were out here when we called and had the certificate. They were here for a couple of days. He went over everything and told us about things. It was great.

We've been using Air Comfort for the last 2 years to service our AC & furnace. We've been very happy with the service. All of the technicians have been professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. We've been especially appreciative of Air Comfort's willingness to call us 30 minutes before the technician arrives, and also to work with us around our sometimes difficult schedules. We've signed service contracts with them that cover both the AC and furnace, and have had no problems whatsoever. Would highly recommend this company. We initially worked with them at our home that was 25+ years old. Recently we've moved to a newer home that is only 6 years old, and we've continued our service with Air Comfort.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. They called the day after I purchased the coupon to schedule the service call. I needed Freon so there was an extra charge for that. He was extremely friendly and very efficient. The pricing was very good. He was a little bit late.

It went well. It was their first trip to the house, they checked over everything and after doing a cleaning and a checkup the AC and heating unit got a clean bill of health. I was satisfied and I will use them again in the future.

Andrew arrived promptly on time. Spent a considerable amount of time. Thoroughly checked our furnace. He gave it a tune-up, checked the filter, blower motor, heat exchanger, gas presure, burners, thermostat, etc. He did an excellent job.

Appointment made easily. I needed to change it and that was done with out any problems. They arrived on time and service completed in timely manner.

It went fine. He told me some things about my air conditioner that I did not know and gave me some good advice. I appreciated that. He was extremely honest.

The service tech was very professional and arrived on time.

Overall, it was a good experience. I received a reminder call the day before, which I always find reassuring.The technician arrived early and waited in the truck for about five minutes until the time of our appointment. I was "first-call" at 7:30 in the morning, so I thought that was considerate. He checked my furnace first, which I wasn't expecting, then went outside to check the air conditioner. A mouse had built a nest in the unit and had chewed through some wires. He replaced those,and even showed me the dessicated mouse as proof. :) I ended up getting the year-long service plan so they will come out in the fall and check my furnace. I also get preferential service in case of an emergency. I have a home warranty, but I bought the service plan for routine maintanence in the hope I won't need to pay the $100 service charge for the home warranty company to come out when something breaks. I'd rather be proactive and keep things from breaking in the first place. A couple of suggestions that made the difference between an A and a B rating. 1. I am always impressed when service technicians put booties over their shoes before walking into the house. This is especially nice since you have to go outside to check the air conditioner. 2. I wasn't prepared to pay for repairs since I had purchased a pre-season AC check. Although I would have authorized the repairs from the mouse damage, I would have preferred knowing the work needed to be done before getting the bill. Overall, though, I was satisifed and will use Air Comfort again.

They were on time and called before they came. They were prompt.

Technician was professional and courteous.

They checked the furnace out but we did not feel the person was qualified to do the work. He could not figure out which vents were supply or return, he commented that our furnace was way to big for our house and said the humidifier wasn't working correctly because of the size of the furnace. He made adjustments to the furnace and said it would run better. It may be coincidence but the furnace quit working not long after that.

It went fine. He was prompt and courteous.

Just like their inspection of my furnace last fall, Air Comfort Services did a great job of inspecting and cleaning my air conditioning systems. The service man was efficient and informative.

Air Comfort Service (Hazelwood, MO) is a company that is very easy to work with. I have a difficult work schedule, but the Air Comfort Service office personnel were most helpful. They were very courteous and very pleasant. Air Comfort Service arrived promptly on the day and in the time frame given. Again personnel was courteous, pleasant, and eager to answer any questions asked. The work was done efficiently and in a tidy manner. I have used this company for another issue also. When Laclede Gas did a meter change and an inspection this spring, they found a carbon monoxide leak, discovering the problem due to a corroded stack from the gas water heater.. As required, Laclede Gas turned off my gas until the problem was fixed! Yikes! Very cold showers! Air Comfort Service came to the rescue! That very same day. Once again showing up in the time frame given. Everyone at the company was very helpful with my emergency. And the work was done very efficiently, no mess. The work was completed to my great satisfaction in the price range quoted by Laclede Gas. Actually a little less, since Air Comfort Service suggested that I go to their website and download a discount coupon for the service! Air Comfort Service will be doing ALL my heating/cooling maintenance in the future. And this is my "Go-To" Co for heating/cooling emergencies. This company is trustworthy, efficient, reliable, and all the people I dealt with are so very nice and helpful.

John did an excellent job. He was throurgh and seemed to pay attention to the details. He made some suggestions for how we can keep our unit working properly and he informed me that our reusable air filters were currently installed backwards. He marked the filters so we will not have that problem in the future. Overall, I was pleased with the job and happy to have found this company on Angie's List.

This was an excellent experience and I was very happy with the work that was completed. I signed up for a service contract as well.
