They were very pleasant and on time. They were very good and everything worked out fine.

I was contacted by the company with approximate arrival time of service tech. Service tech was very professional and performed the service as purchased and made recommendations on any repairs. He had stated the approximate life left in the igniter and that it was not broken but due to age, etc..it may have to be replaced in the future. We opted to replace it now as to avoid a problem with it in the future.

The service provider was punctual and performed the service as promised.

I said that $500 was outrageous for that part and I would think about a new furnace and get back to him. He left. 8 hours later, my furnace kicked on just fine. I believe he did not know what he was talking about and simply wanted to cost me a lot of money.

It went very well. This company and the staff member who did the work were both excellent. Very professional in his approach going the extra mile. Inspected all parts of the furnace; and even included the new AC which was an extra. No charge for it. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Would recommend them the company to anyone.

Arrived within 3 hours of initial call. Service tech was very good in performing all tests. Quickly found the problem to be a tripped circuit breaker and performed tests to verify proper amperage levels. Was very friendly and personable. Was very efficient and quick in performing all tests. Appeared to be well trained in diagnostics.

Although listed in Angie's List as being available 7 days a week, the answering machine was all that was available on a Saturday morning and they would not be returning the call until Monday.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. We spent more than the actual big deal and it was because we ended up doing a service agreement with them for a year.

It worked out just great. I have no problems with that company. They didn't charge me anything for the service because I'm under a contract with them. They're prompt, courteous, very professional and get things done correctly.

Our central air stopped working on a Sunday evening during a very hot spell. We contacted Air Comfort first thing Monday morning and explained that we had no air conditioning. A very polite and efficient woman named Nicole took the information and said we could expect a technician no later than 2 PM. Nicole called back about 11:30 to let us know that a technician was on the way. Less than half an hour later, Terry arrived at our home. He asked what the situation was and then checked out the AC unit. A few minutes later he came in to explain that the motor had gone bad and needed to be replaced. He was fairly certain that he had a motor on the truck that would work, and gave an estimated cost. He also said that, in the event that he had trouble getting the fan blade off, as the unit is very old and could be rusted, it could take an extra day to get a new one. We authorized him to go ahead. Terry replaced the motor, didn't need to replace the fan blade, and within 45 minutes we had air conditioning again. Although our unit is more than 20 years old, and we did ask about the difference in cost between replacing the motor and a new unit, he never pushed us to buy a new system. We were very pleased with the service we received and would definitely recommend Air Comfort.

It went fine. There were no delays in the scheduling. They were really professional and easy to work with; I do not remember having any problems. They were a little expensive.

I wanted them to come out to do work but the coupon was not for the work that they could do. It was not what I wanted.

This is the second year we used this Big Deal. It was quick, easy, and the best price we found for this service. As our AC unit gets older I feel much better having it looked over befor the heat of the summer starts. So far this summer (and last summer as well) we have had a cool house and no issues.

They came out the same day, as the unit had failed during a heat wave. Diagnosed that the compressor had frozen on the old unit and attempted to jar it loose with a charge pack. As that was unsuccessful one of their sales reps came out that afternoon and we arranged for a new system to be installed and financed the following day. Two techs handled the work and were done with the complete install in about seven hours. This included sending for a new outdoor unit a second time as there was a minor problem (not their fault) with the first unit. There have been several minor issues that Air Comfort did not have to take responsibility for but did anyway. For example, they moved my thermostat which was quite a bit of work, to a new location so it would not be near a vent. They came out to insulate behind it, as it was placed on a return when it was moved to the location I had selected. The work was completed on time and within budget and they were aware of the potential savings through rebates and tax incentives and applied those to the bill or made sending them easy. So all in all, a very fine experience from our end, and our new system has been saving us about 15 percent on our energy bills since install, as well as being much quieter with its variable motor. I highly recommend this company for your work.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out really good. They came out within the week that I purchased the Big Deal. I did not know how to work the thermostat very well so he came in at no charge to show me how to work it. He gave me some tips and pointers.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. The price seemed reasonable for the Big Deal.

The salesman I talked with was condescending to me and his tone of voice was completely uninterested in working with me. I wanted to just hang up on him. I'll bet his boss wouldn't like his approach to a big project like that.

It went great. They were quick to respond. They were timely with arrival. They were thorough , professional and did a great job. He is actually going to come back to do some other work for us. I would highly reccomend him.

I didn't do the install with Air Comfort, I did do the install with Superior and they cme out and walked me through the process and included so things that Air Comfort neglected to let me know, like the permit fee and bringing the electrical box up to code and solid me the whole install for $2,650 Air comfort want $3,700 and they had a unit that was bigger than I needed.

Did a great job. And helped maintain my system. Very prompt.

Service went great - the serviceman showed up on time, performed the service as expected, and that was that.
