We purchased a big deal for the service, and they were okay. There was an issue with him getting it completed, because the deal was only for him to service it, and there were some other issues which went beyond just the servicing, he couldn't do it. I have home owners insurance, and so, I had to call them out to fix the other problem. He was good, and he tried to see if there was any other deal that they could give me for the problems that I had.

She was very satisfied. It was a very reasonable price. There were some additional charges for original parts but it was a minimal amount. We would absolutely use them again.

arrived and introduced himself and what he was here for. Went about his business in a professional manner. He was not unfriendly at all but i did have to ask him if everything was ok with the air conditioner. Checked the air conditioner, cleaned up the air conditioner, checked out the inside, changed the filter, checked the drain and cleanup up after himself. Came upstairs and let me know he was done and settled up. I don't know too much about Heating and Air Conditioning contractors and i didn't have to buy any new items but for what i needed them for I would use them again because he came in and did his job and didn't try to sell me anything.

He took care of the problem. We were very satisfied with him.

I bought a special package but when it was discovered that the compressor needed replacing the technician decided to conduct a "standard" service call at their normal price. I didn't receive any discount of any kind. He quoted me a price for the installation of the air compressor. I found someone else who gave me a much better deal.

Great. The company was responsive because I called on Saturday. Our A/C system went out on Saturday and the company sent someone out with a couple of hours. The professional and knowledge employee worked to find a solution to the problem and fixed it. The company had to send someone back out to replace a fuse because he needed a bigger size but he still got the problem fixed and the return trip cause me absolutely no hardship which is the hallmark of a company dedicated to good customer service.

It turned out well. The serviceman was very friendly and cordial.

Everything went great. They were prompt and professional and provided excellent service. Cleaned and checked all the systems thoroughly and were patient answering all my questions. Only reason I gave them a 'B' on responsiveness was I contacted them to come for an estimate to replace the system and they called once - I missed the call - returned it, and they didn't call me back. I guess they're more service oriented than sales, which is what most of us would prefer anyway probably.

Very prompt and professional. It did not take long to check out the unit. We have had no problems since.

Two technicians showed up on time and they were very professional. They checked both AC units and told me that one has a more serious leaking issue which can only be solved by conducting a complete leak check which we didn't do. We might do that next year. We did end up buying the service pack that they offer to come back and do the furnace inspection in the fall.

Representative came in and filled up coolant for air conditioner. Was prompt and courteous.

They were good and they did tune-ups like they were supposed to. I had to pay an additional for the Freon.

They were on time, and very very thorough. The HVAC tech was knowledgable and helpful. I forget the cost, but plan on using them again.

It went very well, as always. The appointment was made at my convenience. The technician arrived and put covers over his shoes to avoid tracking dirt onto my carpet. He serviced the units, as contracted, and then made observations about things I should consider. Since I live in a multi-unit building, I took his advice about installing devices to detect water which would shut the unit off. Good thing I did because within a week the unit stopped working. Sure enough, it was because water was detected. I called for service the first time it happened, but when it happened again I was able to solve the problem myself. He also suggested that some work needed to be done in the future since the air conditioning units are on the roof, in the sun. He advised that I could wait until a future time to correct that problem. The company will keep an eye on it. After purchasing the contract on Angie's list I only had to pay $78 for the two devices.

Arrived on time, very professional and took the time to answer all my questions about the furnace. I was very pleased with the service and attention to detail. We became maintenance customers for twice a year service. I highly recommend Air Comfort Services.

I could not be more pleased with the humidifier or with Air Comfort Service. Just a month prior to the Big Deal, we had our twice a year contract maintenance performed and upgraded to a digital thermostat. We decided we wanted to go to the next level up to control the temp remotely but were hesitant due to the fact that we had just upgraded. The company was more than fair with us and worked out a deal to get the upgrade at a fair price. I absolutely recommend Air Comfort Service.

They were great. The price was reasonable. They were in and out and cleaned up. I was happy with their services.

They did a very professional job. They cleaned up after the work was complete and the A/C unit works fine. The service man who came out was very nice. I would recommend them, and I will continue to use them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine, they came. I don't think it was extraordinary but it was pretty cheap. They came on time and looked at it. We did have it serviced, about 2 months later it stopped working but it's always been so. They didn't charge me more than the $69 Big Deal price. It was what he said it was and they came and did that. We'll probably not use them again.

They did an analysis and that was good. There was a part for the fan motor that needed to be replaced, but they said they were going to have a hard time getting the part so they didn’t replace it. I was able to find the part on my own very easily. I had someone else install it.

Very quick response to my inquiry through Angie's list. They set up a time the same day at a convenient time for me. The technician was very professional and informative. He found the problem and explained our options. He readily answerd all of my questions. Unfortunately the part we needed had to be ordered, but whatever the technician did helped to limp our A/C along until the parts arrived. When they arrived a couple days later they set up another appointment same day at a convenient time for us and did the repair job quickly and professionally. They even cleaned our A/C unit. Because we also signed up for their annual maintenance contract we saved on our repair. I would definately call them again.
