Very well. Got us scheduled quickly once we made our decision. Explained all of our opttions when we got the bid. When the Ameren rebate turned out to be smaller than quoted, they sent us the difference. A little hiccup when installers told us AC would need charging once weather warmed up and some one would call to set that up. They didn’t call but when I contacted them we got it set up quickly. Turns out it didn’t need charging after all. Serviceman was very nice and gave a few ideas about regulating second floor better. We paid a little more than some other bids, but feel it was worth it. Very happy all around. Great company to work with.

I attempted to give this company who installed my HVAC unit another chance to perform a tune up on my system. However, they refused to service the unit they installed telling me the reason is because I submitted a negative review for them on Angie's List. I have a warranty with this company and they actually told me they will not come back out to my house and do not want to deal with me anymore. My review was not about the service, but the fact that they would not come out to service the unit they installed. I want to warn anyone who deals with this company that they will refuse your service instead of redeeming themselves by coming out and being responsible for servicing the unit the unit they installed.

I got quotes from five vendors to evaluate Quality, Price, and Time to complete job. Two vendors separated from the rest and were close. I selected Air Comfort. Work was Scheduled for 30 March 2017 I received an email in advanced telling me who the workers were assigned to the job and their pictures for identification, and the start time (7:30 am). Workers arrived on time and completed the job despite having to work outside through rain installing the Flue Liner. After one year of evaluating the equipment under different conditions I am very happy with the job. I have had very steady and even temperature control through the rooms of the house that I never had with the old systems!

The guys were great. Both the estimate and the workers were on time introduced themselves and gave me a complete run down of what to expect. They showed me how to operate and maintain the new systems and answered all my questions. All the guys were kind and courteous. We are very happy with all the work and customer service.

Scott, the salesman, came out on a Saturday morning and was very knowledgeable and had a proposal drawn up later that day. He was accessible via phone and email all weekend to answer our questions. We agreed on the work on Sunday and Tuesday morning at 730 AM the crew was there to do the work. Tom and Chris were awesome. Extremely professional and courteous. The work was professionally done. This was a challenging job with a lot of new duct work needed and it was not a problem for this crew. Scott stopped by at the end of the day to make sure we were happy with the work. Tom was clear and patient explaining our new thermostat and HVAC system. Outstanding work, so glad we chose them. Would highly recommend.

They did a good job. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing as far as the maintenance on our system. The three qualities I like were the professionalism, responsiveness and level of service.

Bob carefully explained everything he did. He performed a complete check of my air conditioning system, and provided detailed advice on how to maintain my system. My service call happened on Sunday, and Bob arrived within 45 minutes. Total cost was $276.00. I will use Air Comfort again.

They were very professional. The quote was well done and easy to understand. Multiple quotes for multiple options. The sales process was very good. The installation went very well too. They had 5 or 6 guys on site and they got it all done in one day. The other quotes were about the same. We didn't have to work on the price.

My air conditioner went out on a very hot night in July. They were able to come the next day to inspect it, but unfortunately it could not be repaired (30 years old, original to house). They sent a rep right to my house to go over my options and were available to install the new unit the next day. The crew arrived on time and were professional and courteous.

I was very happy with them. I like the guy that came out and did the bid. He was willing to work with me. The guy that came out and did the actual installation, he was timely. He looked like a typical rough and ready service guy, he was working downstairs and he would come up and I made my mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, and nephew visiting and he would come up and say, "Oh, hello ma'am, how are you doing?" He was the most polite guy. I know the job was done really quick and I think he showed up on time.

Called Air Comfort Services for repair work on my 15 year old Lennox AC. The service repair tech was able to repair but also explained the problem and cost of repair for my AC due to it still using R22 refrigerant. Had Steve R, a service estimator come out to price out a replacement unit. Steve was prompt to arrive, professional and courteous. Reviewed the proposals and decided to replace both AC and furnace. Nichole and other office staff where courteous and friendly when I called about some questions I had. They informed me when Steve might be able to get back to me to answer my questions and Steve always return my calls promptly. The office staff kept me informed of the day and time the installation would occur. On morning of installation, the installation technicians, Jason and Matthew, arrived on time, started promptly, kept me informed of their progress, where courteous, professional and efficient. The installation was professionally done and site cleaned-up before they left. They took the time to explain the system operation and answered any questions I had. All in all, a very professional company and I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling services.

Outstanding experience! These guys know their stuff. We will definitely use Air Comfort Service for our HVAC needs going forward. Folks researching who to use for repairs or replacements when their air conditioner or furnace acts up can hire this company with confidence. Their team did a complete analysis of our heating/cooling system, including thermostats, air return systems, and duct work. We had numerous HVAC companies come to our home to identify/solve a couple hot spots without success. These guys identified the issue after a thorough inspection and are working to solve the problem as inexpensively as possible.

They had to reschedule the first appointment due to local flooding but showed up early for the next appointment. Service went well and I will use them in the fall to service the furnace.

Technician was great. In the hear of the moment I forgot to give my coupon before he swiped my card. When I told him of my mistake, told me there was nothing he could do. Called the office, after 30 minutes of arguing with them I decided $15 wasn't worth my time. I hope it was worth it to them, because there is zero chance I will be buying my new A/C here!

Air Comfort is the best heating and cooling company in St. Louis, period. We have used them for over 20 years in two different houses. They are very honest. They have never tried to sell me more than what we needed. Their technicians and salespeople are extremely knowledgeable. I could go on and on..... But, bottom line, if you are in need of a new furnace and/or air conditioner or need your current unit serviced, call Air Comfort. They are the best of the best!

Wonderful. John P. did an excellent job. Even purchased a maintenance agreement from the company. Would definitely recommend this company. Donna in the office was very courteous and helpful. Worth every penny!

It's rolling they come out twice a year for service.
