Everything went well and after the house heated up alot quicker and maintained the level longer.

Company came promptly at expected time. Inspected and cleaned furnace, humidifier and air cleaner.

They installed a new Trane furnace and air conditioner.

It turned out great. They did a wonderful job. There were no additional charges on top of the big deal. I have not used them before. I had no dislikes about them. They were professional and they did their job. I have not had any issue since the service.

The company responded quickly to my request for an appointment, which impressed me because I was using a coupon. They were prompt, courteous and accommodating. My experience was good.

It went fine, no issues, they were timely, conversation was pleasant, there was good views and experience, I felt like I got my money's worth, and I would certainly use them again. Their price is the same. There was a lot of scheduling, I guess a lot of people were accepting it so my actual visit was a little further out than what I would have like but they explained that it was due to just a lot of interest in the Big Deal and scheduling. They were definitely professional, I felt comfortable with him on my home because he had on the sticker of the company, they were knowledgeable about my system, gave me some work around because I was a bit challenged with my system, it's a little bit smaller for my house so they gave me some tips and tricks to cool the whole house utilizing the system that I have so that was insider knowledge that you really wouldn't know unless you actually done it. They explained why they were late, in my mind my response would be, "You knew you were running the deal, you should have scheduled and sort out and add more people to meet the demand." For the same type of service, there would be my first stop but for any other type of services, I would do some comparative shopping, they would be included but it depends on their service style and so I would consider them.

The deal was for a regular furnace but we had an old gas boiler for radiator heating. Although it was more work, they were willing to honor the Angie's List Deal. They arrived promptly while my wife was at home and went to work. They did a check and cleaning and, even though the furnace had not been serviced since at least 2008, found no major issues. With a newborn in the house and given that temperatures here next week are expected to drop to -10, $84 was a small price to pay for the peace of mind of knowing the furnace is in good working order. They did a great job and I will call them in the future if I need any further work done.

They did a great job. They came right out. They were there within a few days. I think I had a new filter and other few things put in. There were no additional charges for what I had asked them to do, but for the other things, there were additional charges for the parts. Whatever he did, I felt that he was very honest and did a good job. I thought the price was fair, and he got here when he said he would. He called me before he came. As far as I am concerned, my heating and AC is still working. I felt that the price was worth it.

They were not the lowest bid. very professional.

Bob came was very professional. He answered all my questions, I would recommend this company to all my family and friends I told Bob occasionally the furnace would blow out all cold air. He told me he knew what the problem was he proceeded to explain to me what he was doing he cleaned out everything and stated that my furnace was a little old but was in good condition. He also adjusted the thermostat

Great experience with this company. Very professional and thorough job of servicing and tuning my two furnaces. Comprehensive and safety-minded approach to HVAC systems. So much so that I wrote a contract on the spot to have them return in the spring to service both A/C units.

He performed the furnace check and sold me an extended care package which is to cover checking out the air conditioner in the spring. He arrived on time and performed the furnace check. Luckily I bought the extended care package because the furnace quit working about a week later. Company came out immediately and fixed problem for no charge. I am satisfied with the service.

As far as I know everything was fine. The young man who came out was polite. He did suggest I replace a part that may go out or may last years. I decided not to have the part replaced.

It was good and they did fine. Last month they came out and only one technician came out. It took him 1 hour to complete the work. They came in and did their job. I already had the job scheduling, then I found the big deal and they accepted that for me.

This was for a heating seasonal checkup, check furnace, change filter, make sure the system was working properly. |The tech was prompt, courteous, thorough, and professional. Well done. |Price was part of a maintenance program.

He did a great job because in fact, I had told them that I was moving and when I asked if he did work in my area where I am now and he said he did. He came pretty close to when I purchased it. He just did a good job.

I purchased the service contract from them. The technician was very professional. I had a leak in my A coil and knew there were issues as my system was 26 years old. I purchased a new A coil and furnace from them (my A/C unit has already been replaced and was in good condition per the technician). I have waited to use the furnace awhile before entering this review to ensure all works well, and I am very pleased with everything.

They quoted me $150 per unit that includes a fall and spring inspection and cleaning. The technician was on time, polite and thorough.

Terry inspected the furnace thoroughly & I was advised that the capacitor and Igniter may need to be replaced in possibly another year or two - although not now. Terry did show me that the heat exchanger was functioning just fine. Terry answered all of my questions & was very gracious. What a fine representative for Air Comfort Service Inc. He cleaned up the work area much better than it had been when he arrived. I will probably contact Air Comfort Service in the near future to arrange for another inspection this fall & will likely want to set up a regular schedule for both heating & a/c inspections since my house is now 8 years old. If I do, I hope that I will be fortunate enough to have Terry come to inspect the furnace. While I know that any service person from Air Comfort will be highly qualified, I don't think that I could do any better than Terry A.

They were great and awesome. They were on time and they really did a good job. I would use them again as I have purchased another big deal.

The technician arrived on time and immediately went to work. He cleaned and inspected the furnace. When the job was complete, he pointed out a number of areas to keep an eye on and some suggestions to keep the furnace running well.

They did a good job. He was professional, neat, kept to himself, and got the job done. They did make a good effort to make sure that the appointment was completed. I put it to the side and they called me and they checked back with me so I'd say they were very punctual.

Great, prompt service. The service man was extremely knowledgable and didn't pressure me to buy anything. My furnace is 21 years old and running good but knowing in the future I will need a new one. I was able to use the Angie's coupon, add additional 70.00 and get the service agreement for the air.

The work performed went fine. Have not run the A/C since the work was completed, but the furnace is working fine.
