The service was acceptable. They showed up on time.

It was ok. They showed up on time. I thought it was expensive for what was done. I asked them to check my humidifier and they wanted to charge more. I think that should have be included in the big deal.

I have not had any problems with them. They showed up when they were supposed to show up. I have not had any issues with my air conditioning. I have not qualms with them. They did what they needed to do. I would use them again.

In general they are a professional company. They show up on time and provide exactly what I am looking for.

We had gas to our fireplace but didn't have any other gas appliances. When we purchased the unit, they store told us to call Ameren UE to have a line run. Ameren doesn't do this and told me to call an HVAC company. I was nervous and unsure about the entire process but knew exactly who to call. We have used this company for the past 10 years for AC/Heating/Humidifier services. The technicians show up on time and are VERY professional. They explained they would first need to send a technician on a general service call to ensure that it was possible. They explained that they needed to confirm sufficient BTUs and configuration of the new pipes. The fee for the initial call was credited when we ordered the installation. We wouldn't use any other company.

It was fine. They were nice and professional. I think the work was okay. It didn’t fix the problem so they had to come back out and fix it again. It was good. My interaction with them was good.

Things went great and we still use Air Comfort Service Inc for a maintenance program and cleaning service for our seasonal heating and cooling needs.

The service turned out good. The guy that came over was on time and did what he needed to do. He did a good job.

Competent technician took care to explain what he was testing and how the mechanisms worked. I later used the company to install a whole house humidifier. The price was higher than some competitors but the confidence I had in the workmanship was worth it. Also contracted for a future inspection of AC system.

They were good. They were efficient, on time, and did everything that we expected. We thought it was a good deal.

That worked out fine. I was very pleased with the guy, he said he would bet here at a certain time and he was, and he went over some things with me that he thought I should know about the air conditioner and all that. Everything turned out fine. And when another company put the new furnace in, the guy checked also the air conditioning - since they're all part of the unit - and he said when you had it inspected and the guy said it was perfect. And he's right, everything's fine. His diagnostic skills have been verified by another company so I felt very comfortable with that. I thought they were very punctual.

Seemed very honest. Checked everything and did not try to sell us anything. Went really good.

I was very pleased with how thorough they were, and how they left me with detailed information concerning what they did and suggested. They were prompt, explained things to me, and very easy to work with while they were here. I did need some work on the humidifier and they had the part needed in their truck and were able to take care of things without another service call. On a separate occasion I had a problem after hours with my furnace, and they were willing to talk with me over the phone in an attempt to avoid a service call. They were very helpful.

They were good. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He seemed like he was put together well.

Technician arrived on time. Performed and inspection and informed me of various problems with my outdoor combo unit (central heat and air). I discussed alternatives from replacing parts to replacing the entire unit. Mark (the owner) came out on 4 March and invested his time to measuring and profiling my home in anticipation to replacing my entire unit when the time comes. Both were very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was really disappointed in the service of my furnace and humidifier. They installed the humidifier last year for me and came out to maintain the equipment. I paid $30 for a new filter on the humidifier and a couple of days later it was leaking. I found out that the hose connecting the humidifier was blocked. It turns out I paid to have my humidifier cleaned and maintained and nobody had cleaned it. It was filthy. NOT IMPRESSED.

Other than them showing up on time, that's the only good thing. Had to use another company to do work. They were timely.

They gave me a good service. They came out within a few weeks of me purchasing the deal and I spent about $129 in total with them because we had an additional repair done.

I have used them in the past and they’re a very reputable company. I’ve always been pleased with the service. It seems like I get the same person and they show up when they say they’re gonna show up. I just never feel like there’s any high pressure or anything like that. We have a maintenance agreement with them and I pay $129 for the total package. I never got to use the Big Deal I got from them because that was not for an annual inspection. They’re really good. They called me right away to set up an appointment and they told me that it was for something else. But it wasn’t a problem. They were just so prompt in contacting me. I was refunded for that.

I have used their services several times over the past few years. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. They arrived on time and cleaned up well. I paid no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. Everything was fine.

my husband and i were very pleased. i was at the work-and my husband was at home-my husband said they were on time and very professional. and they told him exactly what was wrong and the price. i will use them again!!!

I emailed the company last night when the heater was not working properly. I received a call early in the morning, and they arrived shortly thereafter. After checking both units, normal maintenance was performed. The unit continues to work well tonight.
