They were really good in the beginning and gave us a good deal on our unit. But lately, they haven't been that thorough with their maintenance cleaning when they come in. The last time they were in, they told me that my blower motor was really dirty. I asked them why because they were supposed to be cleaning it every 6 months. They said they couldn't clean it so I decided I won't be going back to them. I have always bought the service contract from them, which includes a spring and a fall. They are friendly, but the quality of service has gone down. It has gone down a grade each in the last 3 or 4 years.

Transformer problem was caused by my own mis-wiring of new thermostat......I called approx. 3 PM and service was completed before 5 PM....I'm sure I was lucky to call at a good time, but this is what my experience was....the person who answered the phone was very helpful and Mike, the technician could not have been more efficient and polite...he explained everything fully and went above and beyond what I expected....(redoing some wiring and adding a fuse). I also purchase a resonably priced 1 yr maintenance agreement which reduced the cost of service and will include a winter and summer checkup. The price was like getting a free checkup...(long overdue on my older unit)... I wouldn't call anyone else for service and will probably use them to replace my HVAC unit and water heater when the time comes....I couldn't have asked for a better service experience from beginning to end...

He arrived on time. Did a thorough service check and cleaned the air conditioner. He said I could add $58 and they would come in the Fall and check and clean the furnace. I decided to do it. In the past I paid more for a furnace service check. This was a reasonable price. I am pleased with Air Comfort Service and recommend this company.

John Pollick was the technician and he was very professional. He was thorough in answering my wife's questions about the work he was performing. Since we only had one coupon for one AC unit (we have 2) he honored the coupon for the second unit. The coupon should state clearly that it is only one for one unit. Overall very pleased with the service!

The service guy (I'm bad with names) was very prompt and courteous, answered all my questions, and even gave me some advice on a plumbing issue I had, which fixed my problem. Just to be clear, he did not do any plumbing related work at all, he just showed me where to tighten a loose nut to fix a leaky shut-off valve, which fixed it instantly. Very friendly guy, even put on those little booties over his shoes when he came in the house so he wouldn't track any dirt. Very satisfied.

Technician came on time, was helpful in answering any questions I had and provided helpful advice like buy the cheapest pleated air filters because the more expensive ones put more strain on the system (not novel advice, but it's good to hear confirmed by a pro). No surprises, except the upsell offer at the end (and the sign in my yard). With those two exceptions, I was happy with the service.

The inspector came and perform the scheduled maintenance. He provided the receipt and also let me know any issues with the unit for future reference.

Great service. Professional & clean tech. Very informative, and cleaned up after himself to the point of asking for a papertowel to wipe some fingerprints off the wall near where he had to remove the a/c cover.

First of all, they were able to come the morning after I called (and I called in the afternoon)! Fantastic. He arrived on time, investigated the system, immediately found the cause of my screetching sound, explained it to me and replaced it, cooled down the overheated system, and got it running again. It was prompt, professional, and I was worried it would be a lot more expensive that it was.

I asked for a bid and the house visit went well, but failed to send me the actual bid on the promised timeline. I did not receive anything until after repeated attempts to contact the contractor more than a week after I'd been promised an estimate. I had mentioned at the time of the house visit that I had some medical issues and there were complications with the surgery that delayed my response to the bid. When I emailed to ask if it was possible to give me an estimate with new heat as well I was told the bid was withdrawn. Every contractor and real estate professional I've dealt with has said to get multiple bids for perspective, and I had mentioned that I'd been debating heat at the house visit, making this reply both rude and unexpected. I appreciated the cost breakdown, but other than that the experience was unprofessional.

He showed up on time and completed the work quickly. No issues were found. He did a nice job of cleaning the AC unit from various outside stuff that had collected inside the metal cover of the outside compressor unit.

That experience went very well. They looked at 2 units. I learned that we shouldn't let our filters go more than three months. The one tech that they sent did a fine job. We paid for the Spring season A/C tune up while he was there too.

We called them out because of a leak from an AC unit in the basement. When they told us how much it was going to cost, I realized that my husband never submitted the maintenance agreement I filled out (months ago!) so we signed up for that and they still gave us the 10% discount on the diagnostic charge (that you get from the maintenance agreement), then fixed the leak. They came out the next week to do the regular maintenance that comes with the maint. agreement. We went out of town the next day and when we came back, we realized the upstairs AC wasn't working so we called them out again. Turns out it was something to do with the plug not being connected properly (again, my husband dealt with it - not my dept!), which we think happened accidentally during the maint. visit the week before. They came out the next day and fixed it at no charge. Overall, good experience.

They did a good job. I can give them the most top rating. The pricing was fine.

They were honest in saying they couldn’t do the work on my brand.

AC stopped working properly. ACS was prompt and got some one out the same day. The technician quickly located the problem and fixed same day.

Everything went well. He arrived on time. Suggested I replace filters every three months. Offer ed maintenance plan.

On-time, professional and thorough work performed. Knowledgeable and personable technician. Results of inspection were detailed but printed at bottom of charge slip.

Contractor showed up as established. The task was to remove a bend in the supply duct and enlarge the ductwork up to the distribution boxes in the crawl spaces. The contractor removed one of the supply bends but kept the existing supply ducts in the bedroom. The contractor increased the speed of the blower fan with only negligible improvement. The installation of the 4" round duct in the basement was at best an amateur job. While I don't question the integrity of the service manager, I cannot say the same for the "tin men" that were sent to our house. Given the amount of business we had given this company in the past, the sloppy workmanship and lack of response are a grave disappointment,

So far everything looks OK.

We were scheduled to have Air Comfort Service come out on a Saturday. They gave us a 4 hour window (8am-12pm) of when they were going to arrive. The representative told us they would call a half hour before they arrived. We woke up at 7:00 am in case they called at 7:30, and we waited until a little after 12 pm. No one came to our house or called. So I called Air Comfort Service, and was told the that repair man was held up at a previous appointment, and would probably be finished in an hour or so, and would come to our place directly after. So we were looking a a 1:30 arrival time at best! It was extremely rude that no one even called to update us on the status of our service after having us wait for four hours. It was even more upsetting that they wanted us to wait an additional hour and a half before coming out. We canceled the appointment, and went with a more reliable provider. We would not recommend a company who does not value their client's time.

They weren't able to schedule anything for at least a couple weeks so I decided to go with someone else.

They were good and competent. We do plan on having a tune-up on our A/C this year. We would have them be the ones to do that.
