I had Wood's Total Outdoor remove some weeds that had overgrown bushes along the side of my house, including a large amount of poison ivy / oak. Randy was responsive and friendly, customer service was great, and the project was completed within a few days of contacting him. Price was comparable, and everything I asked for was accomplished the first time. Would definitely recommend Wood's Total Outdoor.

His turn around time was expedient, flexible scheduling, a man of his word, trustworthy, knowledgeable, efficient And he listened to what we wanted, he did an excellent job, he made recommendations that worked very well. Impeccable work and we will be using them again for all our lawn care needs. Great job! Highly recommend!

It was very good! They're professional and friendly. They promptly returned my call and a couple of hours they came and give me a bid and they came back a couple of weeks to do the work. I will refer them to my friends and family and I will hire him again for other things.

Overall: I am very happy with the work Wood's did at our house. Owner is a good dude, his crew are great people and the work performed was solid. No one likes to spend money, but when you do, you want to get value for your dollar. Randy and his crew were friendly, personable and realistic when it comes to bidding, prepping, and performing the work. The Deck is now in top shape. The other part of the job: Rather than turning a blind eye (which several other companies did) prior to pressure washing and staining the fence he did a thorough inspection of the fence and unfortunately (for me) there was more wood rot than originally thought. Randy was forthright that he would not recommend just hiding it with stain because within 12-24 mo it would be even worse. Off to the store I went to buy the replacement materials needed, and although he had not planned to stay as long as he did, he helped set the posts, and level the boards. Because of time compression, I had my kids help secure the boards (which is the only reason Wood's does not have pictures of the fence!). So although the lines are not perfectly straight, it was a fun day with family. In total the entire job was ~25% over my original budget, but oddly still 20% lower than several other bids that would have just power washed, stained and then walked away.

Randy was responsive and I had an estimate within 24 hours of requesting a quote. I have my yard back! Randy was amazing. His work exceeded my expectations! Thank you Randy-
