Closed my pool without any problems.

Derrick and his team did a great job patching, repainting and re-tiling our large in-ground pool. They also replaced our filter. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the crew--really polite, respectful guys who put a full day's work every day. The company is very responsive and keeps you informed every step of the way.

The company came back to us to fix the issue when it wasn't resolved. It still wasn't quite resolved but we too are busy so didn't press them for a third time.

Service was great. I would highly recommend this company.

Absolutely terrible quality of work and some how even worse custom service. Hired to perform tile and coping replacement in addition to deck resurface this past fall. 1/4 of coping was already cracked and multiple gaps in the tile line when I had taken the cover off the pool. Multiple places on the deck and coping where the paint had failed and was either bare to the concrete or flaking. Contacted the company in March of the issue. Was told multiple times that they would be out to repair. Pretty much every week since March I have followed up for them to come fix the issue. Finally came out in July where they performed a repair. The company did not fix half of my complaints, has caused further damage to my pool, and never even cleaned up the mess they left. I continue to get the same next week treatment. Honestly, go with a reputable pool company if you care at all about some level of quality and pride in how your pool looks. You get what you pay for which is poor quality and even worse customer service. Terrible company, do not use.

Wasnt real happy with end results.

Paid him $250 to open a pool, all he did was remove the cover (the pump was bad) Promised he would refund the money and also promised to send his guys out to FINISH the job they never finished. After weeks of text messages, he has disappeared. DO NOT USE THEM.

They were lowest of multiple bids, very nice work (replastered a gunnite pool), prompt service. Would definitely recommend them.

Alex was the best. Installed pool filter very fast. Project site was left very neat. Will definitely use again. Felt we got a great price. Definitely would recommend.

Titans Aquatics were very quick and professional. They will work with you. Very dependable! Jon the concrete guy and his crew were awesome. My husband is very pleased and he is a very hard guy to please. We are so happy with their work and will definitely recommend them!!!

Good experiance helped me out of Jam. Worked on a weekend to fit me in.

Brad and crew did great work and did not leave until they were sure that everything was working properly.

Very bad contractor experience. Terrible customer service from owner to employees. Terrible paint job on my pool and deck around pool. Paint runs, footprints in paint, cigarette butts everywhere, long breaks and did not clean up mess until 3 weeks later when they were supposed to give us a refund for the terrible quality of work but came back after waiting a month only to tell us that paint cost $3400 and we do not get a refund. They were supposed to leave all paint but didn't leave any and charging for all of it. They also took our paint and did another job with it. Terrible company, terrible experience. Duane is a terrible owner and his son Derrick is clueless about this stuff and he was our main contact. Duane, the owner, did not answer my call 1 time and I attempted several calls over a 3 week period.
