Water pressure was adjusted too high and the pressure was too high for every toilet in my house. Plumber Was called back to adjust and was not fixed.

The job ended up being slightly more complicated than expected, but they were still quick and courteous. No problems since the replacement.

The service went very well. The guy was very professional. He explained what he's gonna do and he did it efficiently.

He was on time and knowledgeable. The back-up sump pump battery had stopped working and he discovered why and tried to fix it. It could not be revised so we need a new one. He advised us on the type needed and best places to purchase one since it needs to be a marine battery. He also explained how to protect the new battery so this doesn't happen again.

I bought a Deal for an outside faucet repair. They were prompt and efficient in setting up the appointment. They also inspected and made recommendations about other plumbing issues.

He was unable to fix it with just replacing the washers

It was a total surprised to me that not only did I not HAVE a sump pump, but I had an illegal drain underneath my house. The serviceman gave me an estimate on the job, which I ended up not needing, since the county did the repair and new sump pump for no charge, since it was needed because of an upgrade in code county-wide, and I should have been notified of it years ago. I paid $59.00 for no service, but it was good to know that I had that illegal drain that could have caused me real problems.

I was very pleased with the price I paid with Angies list for the work performed. I looked at doing a few other plumbing projects but the prices I was quoted was totally out of line. Did not have them do any other work.

They came out and inspected what was needed to be done. When they saw that they were unable to get under the home, due to it being built on a slab, they were unable to do the service. But they were very courteous, professional and friendly.

Work was excellent and the technician discussed the problem faucet with me in detail. Good, honest work.

It went very well, they also inspected sump pump and water heater.

The Service technician arrived exactly when he said he would be there. He evaluated the two faucets and since I have a finished basement, let me know that he would need to cut two holes in the ceiling to reach the plumbing and asked my permission to do so. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing on the outside of the house and inside. He cleaned up after he was finished. This was one of the best plumbing experiences I have had.
