Excellent. New faucet does not leak, and is easier to thread the hose onto it than the old one. The installer was on time, friendly, professional, did his work quickly, and left no mess. Great price. Company recycles removed faucets.

I paid the initial deposit, but the plumber never showed up. I called couple of times and they promised to contact back but with no luck. I never got my deposit back. Such a scam!!!

They were able to pinpoint the issue whereas a couple of other plumbers had not.

The plumber fixed the problem in an easy and cost effective way. This showed that he was working in my favor instead of what could have been a very expensive job. I will be using them in the future.

Did not like the idea of being up sold once they were at the house. Did not do the work should I ask Angie’s List for the money back The representative from the company was friendly but did not appreciate being being upsold and sent him on his way.

Mike and Rob did an outstanding job fixing the hose bib and refrigerator tap and came back the next day with a new hot water heater. Mike took his time, making sure everything was just like he would want in his own house. Going so far as to set the water heater up off the floor so the bottom ring wouldn't rust out if water got underneath it. They hauled off the old unit at no extra charge. Bottom line: Not only would I recommend them I'm asking for Mike and Rob by name for the future work I have planned.

Existing conditions were not as good as I had thought, but Ginnings proposed an alternate location, and completed a great project.

They are an awesome group. They all are very, very strong. Kevin himself, who is a master plumber, he comes out to the job. He has a couple of people that does estimates. When they were doing the work on the septic, he popped in and made sure everybody was okay and doing what they were doing. I was happy. I would absolutely use them again. I have their number in my phone.

Perfect, Dale was professional, considerate of my home, (each time he came into the house he put on booties) and did a great job in a tight spot in connecting the new faucet. Before he left he also checked my water heater and gas lines to the furnace. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends.
