Originally, I was going to replace an outdoor faucet (that still worked). As it turned out, the plumber showed me how/where the job would have to involved remove drywall inside my house to get to the plumbing. Far more involved than I'd planned! So the plumber also showed me an option, much less involved, that would last for a few years. I agreed, and he made the less-involved "fix" on the spot, for like $30. Thank you! I love having options and an honest opinion!3

Brent installed a new bathroom sink and did an excellent job as have the other 2 plumbers they have sent on previous jobs. That same night Brent was able fix an emergency plumbing problem that night for my mother. Thanks to the office for getting him there under busy conditions. They will come out to give you an accurate estimate for the job. I am now convinced that a professional plumber that insists on coming over to give an estimate is the only way to go. They do charge to come out to give you the estimate which actually saved us money and time and got it done right. I highly recommend Kevin Ginnings Plumbing Service.

Very good. I did have to clean up after them-they had to shave some of the foam insulation off around the hot/cold line and left it in cabinet, instead of cleaning it up and throwing it away. But, I would use them again.

Excellent!! There was some confusion regarding our initial communication, but that worked out well.. Mike Wersching and his trainee, Dayton provided excellent service. As with so many plumbing problems, the work that needed to be done grew. Mike persisted even though the normal end of work day had passed. He found the parts as stores were closing and continued until the job was done. I didn’t hear, “I’ll return tomorrow, but you will be without water until then”. I am impressed with his service attitude. Also the craftsmanship that went into the work was excellent. It is obvious Mike is skilled, experienced, and takes pride in his work. I will defiantly call Mike for my next plumbing problem. And the price was fair too.

The job went well. They exceeded my expectations that I was prepared for. They did a really nice job.

I had researched and purchased what I thought would be the correct parts several months before the plumber arrived. The young plumber was unfamiliar with this particular valve but was willing to try my parts. Fortunately, the parts worked and the shower works like new. I was told that they don't stock parts for valves that old and, had I not already had the parts, the standard solution is to replace the entire valve. That involves cutting drywall or the shower stall itself and costs can approach $1000. I was very happy to get the job done for a total cost of about $160 including labor and parts.

Very professional team. Helpful advice, zero fuss, and no surprises. Installation went well. Price was excellent. It was a pleasure to work with them. Months later as I write this review, both toilets remain working well with no leaks. They earned an A overall. The one slight area for improvement I would offer them is to caulk around the toilet more uniformly. The white caulk looks a little less neat than I would prefer on top of the dark slate tile in the master bathroom. Still, it was an A performance folks. Thank you for the help!

Excellent service. Asked if I needed anything else done and I happened to have a valve on a bathroom faucet that was broken. They took care of that as well. I had not shopped around for a price, so have nothing to compare it to, but I needed it done so paid full price. I would hire them again. Very professional and did not try to sell you any other services. They honored the coupon from Angies List.

Very well. Both Mike and Rob were very professional and were very good at solving some problems that were not anticipated. The took their time and were very thorough. You pay a little more but you can count on their quality.

The whole experience went very well

This is just a great company. The installer was going to be about 15 min late so the co. called me to inform me of this. ...Great communication which I appreciate. They allowed me to use an expired coupon which was nice of them. I changed the 'order' the day before the appt because my husband had purchased a toilet on his own. They responded to my emails very quickly. The change of the order was not a problem for them. The installer (Dale) was friendly, helpful , informative, thorough, and honest. (We had a leak and after he replaced toilet, it was leaking even more). He could have EASILY told me it was the original problem...I would have believed it..what do I know about toilets? But he was honest and told me that something he had to replace was not pushed in far enough or something..... He fixed the problem immediately and then proceeded to help me get some fans set up in the leak area so we would not take on any mold. I appreciated his honesty. This was our 2nd time this year having them out to replace toilets (a different one in June) and they are a well run company. Someone runs a tight ship. I would hire them again in a heartbeat if I had plumbing needs.
