Very well. Great guys, very nice people - worked fast and efficient. The job was completed with no problems, in no time. I would recommend Kevin Ginnings to anyone needing plumbing work done. I will hire them again for future plumbing works in my house.

Two plumbers arrived and were pleasant and courteous to answer all of my questions and work efficiently to remove and install a kitchen and a bathroom faucet

This company is way over priced and Dale Ginnings was not the most pleasant person to work with. I advised him that I was not going to give him a good review and he told me that he would nullify my review my saying I tried to make him be dishonest with the company because I asked why he was charging for used parts that the company would not know that he installed since they are used and not part of inventory. I would never use this company again because the pricing is totally unreasonable. In addition, they never contacted me after I purchased the deal, to confirm the deal and schedule the appointment.

It went very well. Have been using the washer and dryer for 3 weeks now and no problems. They had given me an estimate a couple weeks earlier and they did the work for the estimated price. This is the second time I have used this company and I would use them again.

Great. Very Professional. Trae, our plumber, thought ahead and actually brought a low flow toilet as an option to replace my old toilet, which I explained needed a lot of work to repair. Great forethought and much appreciated as I wanted the work done that day. He brought a nice Gerber toilet with full warranty. Great work on both on/off values as well. Trae was done with the entire job within two hours.

We have a rental house that needed an ice maker valve replaced. Seemed simple enough. According to Home Depot and Lowes website a 1/4 turn ball valve ranged in price from 8.95 to 14.95. 45 minutes of labour at $100 an hour I figured the cost would be around $150.00. High but in the realm, but Oh NO it wasn't. Kevin has a "special valve that cost $299.00. With the labour it came to $388.00. Anyone even thinking of using these folks go to the next name on the list!!!!!! It was funny they replaced both water heater valves for me 2 years ago for $90.00. Apparently a pair of 3/4” ball valves is cheaper than a single 1/2" and easier to install. The "tech" also noticed that the master toilet as loose and that they charged $230.00 to remove and reset a toilet. CAREFUL selecting these guys....they have zero conscience!!!!! Sadly I have to pick one star since you can't leave that blank to post!!!!! Otherwise it would have been zero STARS!!!!!!! It is a shame that no one has integrity or honesty anymore. - ADDENDUEM: I just got a phone call from a representative of Ginnings Plumbing wanting to send my check back. When I asked why he said "his boss just wanted to send the check back". I asked several times if there was a problem with my check and he said no. I told him I keep my end of a bargain even if I know I got ripped off and if his boss want to talk to me he should call me. I also asked if they wanted to send my check back because they felt guilty and he said "no sir. "I DO NOT FEEL GUILTY IN THE LEAST" I'll let you the public decide; does a company that is willing to hand back $388.00 sound like a little guilt might be involved?

Once they got to the house, everything went very well. The only thing that put me off a bit was that they never called to acknowledge the order or schedule a time once I paid for the services thru Angie's website and provided them with 3 different dates & time choices (as requested). I ended up having to call them after waiting for almost 2 weeks.

Technician was courteous and professional. My dishwasher, which had been improperly installed by another company 3 months ago, had gradually become inoperable. It didn't stay level, the door wouldn't close, and it wasn't properly wired. Technician re-did the installation and it's working fine now. The cause of the leak in the shower was determined to be cracks in the floor and also in some of the wall tiles. I elected not to undertake a remodel of the shower at this time. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend this company to others.

I had them out to install a replacement sump pump. While at my house they explained how my hot water heater was leaking badly as well. The technician communicated very well with what the issue was. The office was available after 5pm when I called. The also called on the way to let me know the technician was on the way. The guys were fast and efficient. We chose to have the hot water heater installed the next day. Same fast, quality service.

We thought it was just replace the outside turn handle, but it was going to require to tear the ceiling from our finished basement because it's a frost free faucet. We decided not to do it right now, but they were very nice people. They gave us a coupon for discounted services to use at another time. Angie's List needs to state that if your outside faucet is frost free, it will require access to the water lines.

I thought I was buying a repair job for $89 to have my bathroom vanity leaking pipe fixed. What I was paying for was just a service call to come out, take a look, quote a price he wants to charge. He can quote me unreasonable price and I can say no, but they get my $89 no matter what. I cancelled when I found out what the coupon was for. I found a plumber who will come fix and not charge extra for "service call".

The provider seemed to be skilled in his profession. He was very efficient and handled everything very well. He cleaned up everything once the job was completed. Very nice guy.

The technician was exactly on time. (The company called to let us know he was on the way.) He was very conscious of keeping our carpet clean even though he was in and out. The work was finished in less than an hour. Our new faucet is solidly attached to the house and works perfectly. A quality fixture was provided. i could not be more pleased.

He was friendly and prompt. I appreciated that he didn't do anything that was not needed.

He showed up on time and did a good job with the new pipe. He took out the old pipe, that had pulled down the valve and twisted the pipe going into the house. He checked the inside pipe and replaced the outside pipe. He even added a bend to help with future settling. Overall, it was nice work. I was happy with the basic work and thought the extra effort to minimize future problems was excellent.

The second time they came out I felt like I was over charged. They came out and I had to sign something for an extra fee. He was here for like $20 minutes and the price was jaw dropping. He was professional and he communicated well and was on time. They did a good job.

I did not care for the person they sent out. I paid $472 over the Big Deal cost. They could have sent somebody different out. I do not like somebody coming into my home telling me how bad the item that I purchased is. If I had known he was going to charge so much, I probably have selected things differently. He put a hole in my drywall which I could have done myself for $175. That was outrageous. They have a warranty that comes with it. They should have charged per job. It should have taken him approximately an-hour-and-a-half and he was here for three hours.

Excellent job. They were flexible in scheduling and helped work around our schedule. I wasn't able to be home while the service was performed by my wife said they were very nice, quick, clean, and really enjoyed their service. Happy wife = happy life; these guys nailed it. Will definitely hire them for future service.

They came out and did the work. It was fine. I wasn't there when he did it and he didn't come back when I was there to make sure that I understood that everything was done well. The price was excellent. They came out quickly after I bought the Deal.

They were punctual and friendly. They did a great job.

We had two issues and this company fixed them both in a timely manner. The serviceman called to say he was on his way and arrived on time. We showed him our issues with washing machine hoses that were rusted onto the faucets and with leaking rings around the toilet base in our small 1/2 bathroom. He explained to us what he would do, quoted us a price for the work and performed it in a very professional and timely manner. Excellent company to do business with!

It went okay. It wasn't great. I had a little trouble getting them out. The main toilet that I called about, I'm still having issues with. It was expensive. The workers were fine.
