Team was informative and helpful. Took the time to explain what was being done and why.

They arrived early and explained flat pricing. Seemed a little expensive to me. I wanted more done but because of price only did work that was needed. Completed work and no issues now. Tracked snow in a little but cleaned up before leaving

We have had him out here three times. It was a very simple service really. The other services he performed for us were not simple. The first time we used him he came exceptionally fast and I thought he was reasonably priced. The second time the did not come quite so fast, but they were here, probably within a day and they completely took out plumbing under a floor. When we called him out for the floor drain it took 10 minutes and he charged me $375. I even called his office and complained. I was not pleased with him. I thought he would cut the charges back since I called to complain but they did not. I don't intend to use them again. If I had not had that last experience I would have given them a high rating.

The plumber was very courteous and mostly punctual. The removal of the existing faucet was quite a chore, and a lesson in patience for all involved. Took longer than expected, and required assistance on my part- but was happy to do so, as I wouldn't have been able to handle the work by myself, and I learned something along the way. Additionally, I had several other things I asked him about, and he was able to accommodate the extra work in the same session (it was not my intentions to piggyback the work, either). Very satisfied with the entire outcome- not only for th eoriginal job he showed up for, but the extra work I gave him!

I liked that young man. He tried to really help me out. I had purchased a faucet. He came out for something else and I said since your here take a look at this. He went ahead and put it on for me. It worked out really well. He went to lunch and I asked if would stop by Lowes and pick up a shower head and brought it back and installed it.

Really prompt, friendly, professional. They checked all plumbing in the house.

It has gone fine. It saved me a lot of money. It was awesome. The service call was covered, it saved me a $49 service call. I had to pay $106. They fixed the problem. They've got the nicest people. They gave me a two hour window and they were here. They wore their little shoe covers and they were just as polite as they could be.

It doesn't use nearly as much water as the old one that I had. It was a lot. It was the second best, but the first best would have cost me a whole lot more. I've had nothing but good experience with him.

It was fine. We had somebody come by and everything was fine. It worked out very well. It was quick. He did a good job. He was very personable. It was easy. He got the job done. He informed when he was done and we felt good about it. Pricing was fine. It was very reasonable.

It was okay, not so bad. I don't think I would use them again.

He and his co-worker did an excellent job. My only suggestion for everyone coming into your home is to wear shoe coverings to prevent grease/dirt from getting on your carpets.

Dale was punctual and professional and did an outstanding job. He also identified some other plumbing issues, but in the case of the most immediate problem (a leaking pipe), he suggested that I call back the plumber that had installed the defective pipe connection.

Good. Cost $200 to cut a small hole on wall to access.

When I called to verify the time for the appt. , I specifically told the secretary I needed to leave by 11;30 for another appt.. If they got there between 8:30 to 9, I thought this would be enough time to get everything done before I left. They arrived after 9. First two items went smoothly. the third cause them to leave to get a part for the water line. At 11:30 when I needed to leave , they had not returned. I called the office to call them for a return time & the amount of the bill so I could write the check and leave. They returned at 11:30. I left at 11: 40 and was on time for my appt. I talked to my son who was here the entire time they were and he said they left between 12:30 and 12:45. I am not sure why it took so long to complete the water line and not do what I had asked them to do with the bathroom sink stopper. when they were changing the water faucets, he laid his tools on my new dryer without any protection, did not replace the grille on the front of my refrigerator, and only took the metal cap off of the sink stopper and left the stem where it was--it still was not functioning like I requested.

I used them at my daughter's house. We had used them before so we called them back. The guy that did the job impressed me. He did a good job. He was quick and knowledgeable.

It was a simple job. It turned out well.

This was a $100 big deal purchase. It was really expensive. It only took them about 10 minutes to do that. I had to pay them over $200 additional to the price of the big deal. The guy did a good job but it was expensive. The guy came in here and he was mad about something. I don't know what he was mad about. I don't think they were very responsive. They came on time. He did what I told him to come do, but he did not want to do anything else.
