Workers showed up without calling first or having time scheduled. We wanted a kitchen faucet installed, they did not honor their $100 off work performed so I had to pay additional $100 for this to be done. Workers could not identify a sewer pipe in back yard that appeared to be broken. They took pictures and were going to show them to others back at the office and was supposed to "look into it and get back to me" they did not follow up. I followed up with them, twice. They sent another person out who also could not identify what the pipe was and noted the only option was for them to dig up the back yard to "investigate" which could be $2,400 to start and up to $7,000. I reached out to another company for a second opinion who came out and in 5 minutes told me what it was, what the issue was, called the city and had it fixed the same day, and City was responsible for repair with no cost to me.

They did the work, that was it. I would use them again with the right coupon.

Excellent. They were running a special on replacing outdoor faucets which is how I found their services. Because they were willing to give their customers a break, they've now earned a lifetime client in me! The original work would have cost more than double what the special was able to save me. So grateful to have found them. Trae was very professional and thorough, and I appreciated his services. Already planning to book them again for a different plumbing need.

Very well. Mr. Brant Merriam, the Kevin Ginnings Technician not only cleaned out the sump well, but thoroughly checked out our sump pump system. He addressed probably three dozen questions we had about sump pumps in a very professional way. At our request he checked out our sump pump drainage tie-in to our gutter pipeline for issues and gave us recommendations. Overall we were impressed with Mr. Merriam and plan to have him come back for an annual sump pump tune-up next year.

We had purchased 3 toilets that would not physically fit in our house. Kevin Ginnings Plumbing Service managed to find non-standard sized versions that would fit, picked them up and installed them at a reasonable price. There was no delay due to the problem and the crew showed us every issue along the way.

There was nothing in the terminology about a fee just for showing up. They did take it off. That was the only thing I was disappointed about. The job went fine. They came out one week after I paid for deal. It took about an hour to an hour in a half to complete the job. They work was quick with no issues. I would recommend to family and friends but I'd give them a heads up on the issue I had.

It went really well. They sent two guys out and one of them had been doing this for fifty years. I got four of the toilet installations for $99 each, which is a heck of a deal. The extra one I paid $299. One of the toilets was not even bolted down correctly to the floor so for $10 in materials he bolted down and potentially saved a big problem down the road. I am very glad with their service I got from them. They came and did the work promptly in one afternoon. These guys are really good. They older gentleman he was working on a toilet and realized that the sink was not draining properly and he took ten minutes to clean the sink up because he was here and might as well fix it and didn't even charge me for it. When it comes to plumbing these guys are definitely going to be who I call. They scheduled 4-6 hours and they came and got it done in one shot. By the time they left and hauled away everything it was about 5pm.

Everything went great they were in and out quickly did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.

Arrived promptly and was courteous. Removed my old bathroom faucet and replaced with a new one I had purchased. Tested everything and I doubled check that everything was fine. Try them-- you'll like them!

I ordered this deal, twice. I put in dates and times that would work for me, but the company never called me to set up an appointment. I cancelled the deal both times.

No communication from contractor regarding service. Requested service dates came and went with no communication.

Came on time. Really done through inspection. Person came was knowledgeable and always ready to answer my questions. Also fixed some minor things. Suggested few things to do. I also wanted to get estimate on water softener and battery backup up sump pump. Estimate I felt is kind of on higher side I guess. I didn't do the suggested work as it was not that urgent.

They saved us! I am home with my newborn baby and we had living out of 5 gal buckets for 5 days. Another plumbing company tried to pull on over on us by trying to our whole mainline out even identifying the problem for certain. The city was to be out in 2 hours and the first company backed out. I called Kevin Ginnings and rushed to make it in 2 hours. They cleared the lines, shows us footage of our issues, and we are now on a maintenance program keep this from happening again. Mike and Rene were extremely nice helpful the whole time and really pulled strings to help us in a hurry. Also, they found the actual issue which cost significantly less than we were previously falsely quoted from the other company. We will to maintenance our lines with them and use them for future services

Kevin Ginnings Plumbing's service is good. They cleaned up after themselves. They were dealing with a minor leak in the process of repairing and they worked hard to make sure the water didn't damage boxes. It all depends if I would use them again in the future, I'd get a quote from them first. I was attracted to them through a, you know, I get these e-mails from Angie's list all the time and, you know, a coupon for the services of a provider in general, they're all ranked really high. And so, they wouldn't give me quotes over the phone and said that they needed to take a look at the work so they came out and looked at the work and then it turns out that the work they needed to do was very expensive. We were able to work through those issues because I needed to get the work done but I just didn't like how they approached the whole idea of pricing. I think their site says, or Angie's says that they provide fair and something pricing, firm pricing, I forgot the term that she used and that's what they call their pricing but it was very expensive and I told the owner of that as well that I thought they were asking too much money but we needed to get this done and he went out of his way to explain all the cost and I understood that because I understand company costs but it just left a bad taste in my mouth that I had to find out after they got to the house what they were gonna charge instead of giving me some idea before we wasted everybody's time. That was all. But beyond all of that, they did a good job, they cleaned up after themselves and they were professional.

The two guys explained what they were doing and gave quotes for other work. We did ask for quotes on other plumbing projects we had around the house. They wanted $600 to replace the existing copper pipe that is running to our ice maker, even though we only asked for a valve on the floor by the fridge so we can get a new fridge with ice maker installed by Lowes. They quoted $175 to replace a faucet that we purchased and $175 to replace a valve for the toilet. Plus the standard $99 fee for coming to the house.
