There was other work that needed to be done because of builder error with original install. Even with "discount" their normal prices were pretty high for the extra work.

The servicemen were punctual, friendly and very efficient. They had everything done very quickly, and we would definitely hire them again

The fellas were extremely professional. They were on time, installed the new toilet in a timely manner, took the old toilet away, and left the bathroom as clean as it was before the installation. It was easy and they were very clean and efficient.

The cost to repair the toilet was more expansive to replace the toilet. I needed a new fastener for the ring that holds toilet in place and new wax wing. Price was very expensive for repair.

Discovered floor drain was clogged during flush. Plumber snaked the drain and cleared the blockage. All work was done to satisfaction.

The plumber arrived on time and installed both toilets with no issue.

They came out on time and did more work than originally planned. He did such a great job and I'm very pleased with the way my bathrooms look now with these new toilets. I'm so glad I replaced them all at the same time.

The plumber was Very Professional and Nice, even though the job took much longer than expected due to a past plumbers poor work and mild difficulty obtaining parts.

Trae did a great job replacing out outdoor hose faucet. He arrived on time and was very easy to work with.

We were scheduled for 2:00 P.M., but they called at 8:30 A.M. to report a cancelation that allowed them to be there in an hour. He arrived right on time. I live in an older building, and the shut-off valves did not work when he tried to shut off the water. He had a shut-off valve for the vanity, but not the specialized one for the kitchen and had to leave to pick one up. When he completed the installations for the kitchen, he found the 40-year-old faucet on the vanity was too damaged to be repaired and he needed to replace it. He completed repairs about 4:30P.M. I am very happy with the work. And he was able to cut me a separate invoice for the installation of the kitchen sink which was to be reimbursed by the condo association.

It went about as perfect as it could. The technicians came by, performed the inspection and tune-up, explained everything that they did, and most importantly of all, did not try to upsell or come up with something that didn't need to be done! Both of our dogs liked them too, so they completely aced the test.

Trae was my technician and did a fantastic (and quick) job installing my new outdoor faucet. I have some other (major) plumbing issues that need fixing and when he noticed them, he gave me a lot of information on the what and why - and then gave me estimates for everything. The experience left me feeling extremely comfortable and informed and I plan to use Kevin Ginnings Plumbing Service for my future plumbing projects.
