Both times they were on time they called before and after the make sure that I knew they were coming and that the services did get taken care of and we're done the way I needed and they didn't leave me hanging with a half-done project0

I hired Kevin Ginnings Plumbing to remove the old toilet in my guest bathroom and replace it with a new one that I had purchased, taking advantage of their $100 offer on Angie's List. I had replaced the toilet in another bathroom in my house the previous year and although it wasn't particularly difficult, the toilets are heavy and I was too busy to make the time to do this one. It was worth the price to hire a professional to do the job for me. The plumber arrived on time and did a great job - quick, efficient, and cleaned up like a champ. I only have high praise for the guy (and wish I could remember his name). The low rating on Professionalism is due to the following: First, the plumber told me that the angle stop valve was frozen and would need to be replaced - a reasonable suggestion as it was old and clearly stuck. How much would that be? $99. For parts and labor. When I balked at the amount he assured me that he could just leave it as it was and install the new toilet regardless. A few minutes later, he told me that the supply line would also need to be replaced. Silly me, having done this myself before I should of anticipated this. And how much would that be? The poor guy smiled tightly as he showed me the same company price sheet, $99 for parts and labor. "For a $10 part?!" I exclaimed. He apologized sheepishly, saying that this was just their policy. At that point, I jumped in my car and drove to Lowe's, bought 2 different sized supply lines (about $7 apiece) and returned home in about 10 minutes. The guy finished the job and went on his way. I went back to Lowe's to return the unused supply line, exchanged it for a $10 valve and replaced that myself. $17 for 2 parts and 30 minutes of my time for what would have cost me $200 if I had toed the Kevin Ginnings party line. The total cost of just replacing my toilet (with one I paid for) would have been $300. What really nails the lid on this experience is that, when the scheduler called that morning to confirm the appointment, I specifically asked if I needed to have any thing else on hand for the installation. "I have the new toilet here, in the box", I assured her. "No," she said, "that's all the plumber will need". A.B. May services my HVAC and they carry extra filters in their trucks. They will replace the old one for $10. That's parts & labor. The Kevin Ginnings plumber told me that he carries the valve and supply line replacement parts on his truck.

Great! Dale Ginnings was very professional and offered to look at many different areas of the house besides the sump pump. He checked the water pressure, the venting of the water heater, the drains, a shower handle. He offered good advice and answered all my questions. I would definitely hire them again.

They called me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way which was great. The guy was very nice & brought his booties with him since he would be working in a crawl space accessed through the house. Easy & pleasant.

Response time was fantastic. It was a Saturday afternoon and they were at my home in less than 2 hours time. New garbage disposal installed.

He said he couldn't install them. so, we had to buy new toilets. Next he found problems with our sink faucets and our water heaters. One of the faucets he installed was very expensive and continues to drip despite the fact that he bought it without telling us what it would cost. Another faucet was working fine but now has very little water flow because he tampered with it.

Plumbers were professional. I was mislead by the ad and the lady who placed the appointment regarding selection of stools that they could provide. When the plumber arrived for the $99 installation fee, he only had one toilet( priced over $400! ) I could buy one down the street at Lowes for $169. The lady who scheduled me indicated that we would have options. Very disappointed with this trick.

I needed a second outdoor faucet replaced. I used them in April 2017 to replace my first outdoor faucet for $89. They cut a hole in the drywall (ceiling) to gain access and were finished with the job within 30 minutes. They didn’t charge to cut the ceiling to gain access to the water line. I was very impressed and even recommended them to friends and co-workers who also purchased the deal $89 for an outdoor faucet install. I purchased another $89 outdoor faucet replacement coupon a month later, May 2017. When the tech arrived, and shown him where the drywall would need to be cut to gain access to the outdoor faucet. I was informed there would be an additional charge. So, I thought okay, I understand I thought the $89 charge was low since the parts to replace the faucet are $50 so that didn’t leave much for labor etc…Maybe they are trying to recoup their cost. I didn’t agree with the bait and switch but I would have paid up to an additional $100. The tech told me it would be an additional $299! I asked him if they could come down on price. He made a call and said they could come down 25%. During the time of the call I was looking at the current offer and brought up my receipt I had in April. The original price to change an outdoor faucet in April was $299. The May original price without the $89 deal is $419. I don’t blame the technician. He was doing his job and had to be the bearer of bad news. I believe this “Bait and Switch” tactics. You purchase a deal for $89 that is advertised at regular price for $299 then they arrive a month later the regular price is now $419 and they don’t cut drywall. I declined the 25% off and I will look for the work to be finished elsewhere.

We realized that we had to cut through Sheetrock to perform the Change and I chose not to do that

It went very well. Faucet installed looks great and it too only 20 minutes to complete.

I would NEVER hire this company again and would RECOMMEND NOBODY ELSE hire them unless they want to have rude workers who arrive at 9:45 am do not care that you tell them the work is totally unsatisfactory and leave broken beer bottle on Patio at 12:45

That service was fine. We had individual toilet installations. They did a good job. We just moved into a house and we wanted to replace multiple toilets, so we bought some toilets at a big box retailer and Gennings' outfit installed them. I think we did four of those, and I think there were some incidental charges on top of that for line replacement and things like that, that weren't covered. They were timely and they did what they said they'd do.
