Description of Work: Jeff Stanwix who either owns Allens Service Co., engaged in fraudulent repair and charged a total of $992.00. I called him for the same Air conditioning problem I had the previous year that was still under warranty and he said he would come back out to fix the problem, but he never showed up. Then he wouldn't answer his phone and would not return messages. I TRIED TO TRACK HIM DOWN AND FOUND HE LISTED THREE DIFFERENT ADDRESSES. I sent two letters to him detailing my complaint and I photographed his temporaty fix for a freon leak. Mr. Stanwix had wrapped the leak in foam insulation and electrical tape and replaced freon that he knew would leak out by the next season. I had the correct repair done by S&C Heating and Cooling Co. From Kansas City, Kansas. Mr. SCOTT KUBICKI MADE THE COMPLETE REPAIR FOR $690.000 and he did an excellent job. Mr. Stanwix last address was 5860 Claire Road, Shawnee Kansas 66226. His two phone numbers are 913-908-0515.and 816-380-3500. I have made a formal complaint against Mr. STANWIX IN THE JOHNSON COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE. THIA MAN SHOULD BE ARRESTED FOR THEFT AND FRAUD. Mr. Stanwix OTHER ADDRESS IS ON ESSEX ST. IN KANSAS CITY KANSAS and Harrisonville Missouri. Obviously with 3 addresse, he probably runs scams on consumers regularly.
