My wife and I give JBR Precision our highest recommendation! We engaged JBR to repair the cedar soffit and siding and paint the exterior of the house, including the deck. The exterior of the house had not been painted in 7 yrs and there were numerous carpenter bee holes, woodpecker holes and soffit rot due to leaking gutters. They didn’t just fill the holes in the soffit they replaced whole sections with new cedar plywood. JBR was able to repair all the exterior damage and calk the house with great detail. The skilled painting crew rolled two coats of paint on the house and painted the doors and wood framed windows. Upon completion, the house exterior looked brand new. We really liked that JBR could do both a great job on the carpentry work and a fantastic paint job. The crew was skilled and professional. They showed up when scheduled and finished on schedule. The work site was orderly. We appreciated Brad’s input on color selection and painting strategy. The quote he gave was fair and they did not run over. We definitely will have them back to do our inside. JBR precision did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our house and we enthusiastically recommend them.

Brad was great! I did not hire him directly (my contractor brought him in on the job), but I would do so in a heartbeat. I doubt he's the most affordable in town (I trusted my contractor's recommendation and didn't get bids), but his crew does great work. The project took a little longer than expected because there was a problem with the ceiling in two rooms. They tried to respray the paint, but the problem still showed, so they scraped the ceiling and started over, all at no additional charge to me. This was all for a problem I hadn't even noticed myself. Brad cares about the quality of his work and WILL get it right without any prodding from the customer. He also made sure to get the work done in time for me to move into my new home despite having to redo some work and also having a few personal issues pop up along the way. To be honest, I would have cut him more slack than he did himself. I would describe Brad as personable, prompt and professional, and the work he and his crew did was top notch.

Contract was to replace window glazing on 17 windows, paint the wood siding and window trim, paint exterior doors and stucco chimney above the roof line on our ranch on a walkout basement. The house is brick on 2 sides, wood siding on 2 sides. There were four different colors used (base, window trim, front door, chimney). We have storm windows on all of our windows, so the bid included removing them to do the painting and then re-installing them with new screws. There were also several holes from woodpecker damage and an old dryer vent hole that they repaired. I got five different bids and this one was neither the most expensive or the cheapest. The cheapest bids saved $$ by spraying on the paint and using lower quality paint. JBR brushed all the paint on which results in a thicker coat of paint, and they used Sherwin Williams Duration; most other bids used Sherwin Williams also, but not the Duration paint, which is a higher end SW paint. Brad was also the only one of the five bidders to notice rot above our garage doors during the estimate. He took a lot of care to note everything that would be done. The estimate we received included lots of detail which others did not. The work itself was done very well, no paint on anything it wasn't supposed to be on. Perfect, in my opinion. They also painted part of the foundation that shows on one side of the house. Really, just a superior company to do business with.

Brad and his crew painted the entire exterior of our house as well as doing some minor carpentry repair and replacing the entire screen on our large screened in front porch. From the outset Brad was very helpful in assisting us in determining exactly what we wanted done as well as what needed to be done. He was always prompt in returning calls and answering any questions we had regarding while the work was in progress. He was also very good at coming up with solutions to problems that we were not sure how to address. We were undecided about what we wanted to do with our front porch and Brad was very patient about the delay as a result of our indecision and continued to work with us to come up with solutions that met our needs. He and his crew were all very professional and very considerate at all times and we have been very pleased with the work that they performed. I can, without hesitation, recommend JBR Precision for any painting and carpentry repair that may need to be done.
