+ -1 moreJosh came out and gave me a bid and told me he was booked about three weeks out but would call me a few days before the work. I called 3-4 weeks later and was told he had me down for next week. He never called.....I called again the next week and was again told next week. Next week came and went so I called the next week and he didn't answer my calls or return my voice mails or texts. He completely ghosted me. Very unprofessional.

+ -1 moreThe owner climbed up to the top, and started cutting from the top down. There was an assistant at the bottom hauling the limbs away. They had a big truck to help haul everything away. Their clean up was a little delayed due to high heat, but overall we were satisfied. Good job!
Description of Work: They removed a couple trees in the yard at our home.
