MASTER AIR HEATING & AIR COND

We are having an issue with them right now. We bought the unit with the understanding we were eligible for the energy rebate through Amron. They requested information like a copy of our recent electric bill and we have repeatedly contacted them to see if they sent that in and we can’t get them to tell us they didn’t and we can’t get them to tell us we are not eligible. They seem to be avoiding the issue so I called the Missouri Attorney General’s office and we are preparing to file a complaint. I am a senior citizen and it was uncalled for them not to give us a straight answer. They led us to believe that if we bought the unit we were going to get a $1000 rebate through Amron. I am upset about that. The unit itself is fine. The air conditioner is working great.

A representative was contacted and a date was decided for him to come look at our old furnace and air conditioner. He measured the old furnace area and he looked where the air conditioner was. He said that he would call later with a time that the ones that would be in stalling the furnace and air conditioner would be able to come. He called and asked if it would be okay the next day. He said that they had everything that we had requested in stock. They would be able to start at 8:30 the next day. Two gentlemen arrived the next day at 8:30. They were finished by 1:30 that same day. They had installed a new furnace, fixed it so that you didn't have to open the furnace to change the filter. The put on slot on the outside. You just slide the old filter out and a new one in. So easy! They fixed an old vent. The old furnace pipe didn't reach the vent so the people that had installed it had put cardboard up to meet the vent. They had installed a new pad for the air conditioner to sit on. Now the air conditioner will not sit in water when it rains. When the furnace comes on you can hardly hear. Before when it came on you could not hear the T.V. Or have a conversation very well in the room where the return duct was. We are so happy with the professionalism of all of those that we have met and talked with that we are buying a hot water heater from Master Air. They will be here tomorrow with the new one and will be taking the old one. We would highly recommend this company. They asked what we were wanting and then suggested the best for our needs. They made suggestions for the betterment of our lifestyle and comfort.
