Description of Work: I had a fairly tall red maple tree in my back yard where the trunk had split down the middle about 3/4's of the way down. I notified Ed White of Ed's Tree Service on a Wednesday evening, he came out the next morning, looked at the tree, and I had a bid by 8:00 a.m. After comparing Ed's bid to other bids I had previously gotten, I chose Ed's Tree Service since his bid was $225.00 below the next lowest bid. He and his crew came out the following Monday morning and removed the tree.

 + -1 moreThey did excellent job. Weather created some delay in getting start scheduled and delayed completion a couple of days, but the work was exceptional. The trees were exceptionally large and overhung the house, shed, power lines. They did a great job of topping without incident and cleaned everything up.

 + -1 moreEverything went extremely smoothly from the inital phone call to the completion of the service. Ed was very reasonable and willing to work with us in accomplishing what we were looking to do. He provided advice on how best to approach what we wanted to do without trying to "sell" us. Everything was done to our complete satisfaction.
Description of Work: Hired Ed's Tree Service to dead-wood various trees on the property as well as cut one down. For the one being cut down asked for it to be cut into fireplace size pieces and left.

We Were Amazed at How Quickly They Completed the Jobs. We Appreciated Their Excellent Advice, Honesty & Hard Work. They Are *By Far* the BEST Tree Service We've Ever Hired (and we've hired 5 other companies over the years). Their Price Was Much LOWER than Other Bids! They are Fully Insured & Bonded. They Have 20 Years Experience & Provide Free Estimates (in our case, Firm Estimates). We Highly Recommend Them!
Description of Work: Ed's Tree Service Surveyed Our Yards and Analyzed the Condition of ALL of our Trees & Bushes. Ed's Extensive Knowledge about Trees & Plants is Remarkable. He Proposed a Good Plan and Great Price with Proof of Insurance. He & His Crew Arrived Promptly and Worked Diligently. They Cut Down 3 Very Tall Dead Trees, 4 Large Crowded Evergreen Trees & 1 Giant Honeysuckle Bush. They ALSO Cut-Off 2 Large Dangerous Branches Hanging Near our Neighbor's House & Trimmed Several Trees Away from our House. We Thank Them for Helping to Protect our Homes from Possible Tree Damage During Storms.
